There was a long line and people were repeating their orders. After several minutes I realized the barista had difficulty speaking English and two people walked out in frustration. I ended up getting coffee at work instead.

Location is great, easy to get to off the Main Street. Although it was busy the baristas pushed the orders out in a timely manner. Barista at the POS was friendly as all the other workers were. Store is clean. Can be loud so we our group sat outside.

By far the best Starbucks in all Colorado customer service is so excellent. It never changes… I was treated really bad by another Starbucks near my house, but I prefer to drive to this one.. I spoke to the Director William and another supervisor of corporate and they know how I feel about customer service. This location by far is #1 in hospitality.. since I moved to Colorado, this location has been by far the most welcoming, nicest, comfortable Starbucks and clean… staff is always happy to work at this location. I always get the same item venti peppermint mocha Frappuccino cream based nonfat milk, and cookie crumbles. They make sure they don’t put coffee in my drink no mistakes and they’re happy to make it how I want? Teamwork is excellent by far. It’s the best… I’m very observant and communication with each other is great. One time I stayed for five hours I was in a training and I was observing the interaction and it was so good the whole day. This is Veronica Sabrina? so yummy ? my drink..

Easily the worst Starbucks in Colorado springs. The staff consistently gets drinks made wrong and the wait times on mobile orders easily go 10 mins past pick up times. Hopefully they have some turnover

I waited a long time, my drinks were forgotten. When I said something, they were partially made, sitting by the coffee machine, and when I received them, they were incorrect. Sad this happened. I hope it is better next time.
