The workers took our order but just ignored us and didn’t give us our food we waited 20 minutes until we finally asked for our cake pops and the workers were talking about a concert the whole time and playing with the money and just doing stuff on their phones. There was really bad service. I wouldn’t recommend going to this Starbucks.

This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with the mobile pick up option. The first time, I ordered a Trenta drink and they brought out a tall so I had to bring my kids inside to get the right size. Is it a big deal? No, but it kind of defeats the purpose of a delivery service if you have to go in to fix the mistakes. Then today I ordered a tall Frappuccino and a croissant warmed up. I got the Frappuccino, but no straw and the croissant was cold. If you’re going to offer the service with the drive up option, double check and make sure that you’re fulfilling the order correctly because it’s not always easy for people to come in and wait for you to fix your mistake.

It had very slow service I had to wait so long to take my order I ordered a matcha and it tasted disgusting it made me feel sick and was very disappointing and unprofessional I don’t recommend it

okay, so… i am not the type to leave poor reviews, but i am so taken aback by the way i was treated today that i feel like i must? i ordered a venti drink and they filled about 2/3 of the cup. when i asked about it, they said they are not allowed to fill the cup the entire way because of corporate (???). like what does that even mean??? if i pay for a venti, i expect my drink to be filled all the way. this is just absurd. if i could give 0 stars i would.

i work in food service so i know what it's like to deal with customers and i didn't want to make it a huge hassle by asking for a manager, but the man working there /absolutely/ deserved a hassle. i would NEVER treat a customer the way that they treated me. my drink also straight up tasted awful. what a terrible starbucks. go out of your way to buy from a different one, because this one is horrible.

Ordered 3 iced chai tea lattes of which 2 were supposed to have white chocolate mocha added to them and the 3rd was supposed to have added cold foam. We were handed 3 regular chai teas with no added anything. The girl at the counter was unfriendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there in first place. We were waiting to mention it to someone as she looked at us and said “do you need anything?!”. She ended up pouring out 1/4 of the drink and added watered-down cold foam. Wow. Thanks. We paid $22 for 3 drinks! Never going to this location again.

If I can give lesson five stars, I would by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever encountered such horrible experiences Due to a employee named Makala , she was very aggressive disrespectful towards me on two different occasions.. every time I speak to a supervisor, she has to be standing next to them and listen, and she’s always gossiping about stuff she’s done the night before with her friends… as a huge customer of Starbucks, I will not tolerate this and will continue calling corporate until she is written up or walked off. By law, I can record in public and she is very disrespectful. I have her on video… I am asking for target and Starbucks plus corporate office to make the customers feel comfortable because she is not pleasant at all.. I shouldn’t have to drive far away to another Starbucks.. my order has been wrong on several occasions and she gets very defensive. She’s just very rude… as a customer, I expect respect and good customer service.. I’ve had several customers complain about her as well, and also my neighbors.. please take this serious because you’re losing a lot of clients customers because of this one individual…. Makala sorry to say your parents did not raise you right I’m sorry you’re very very disrespectful and should not be working with customers… many of my neighbors have had the same encounters with this individual.. I don’t think supervisors should be enabling this behavior.. and if anybody is writing a good review about her, it must be her friends.. t”The only good workers at this location is Sophie and Becca they care about customer’s feelings. I give Sophie and Becca 5 stars ⭐️ only for your professionalism. .

My daughter has been coming to this Starbucks for the last four years due to the convenience in Target. This will be our last visit to this Starbucks due to the customer service received. She asked for an Iced Chai Latte with foam and it was made with coffee and no foam as requested. When she asked them to remake it as it had coffee they agreed to do so. However, the girl then hands the newly made Chai to my daughter and lectures in an unfriendly tone that in the future, she should ask for a Chai Tea because a Chai Latte has coffee in it. My daughter left without saying a word. She has been ordering iced chai lattes for many years and they have "never" had coffee in them. If Starbucks has changed its menu to include coffee in their Chai lattes, they should ask customers when ordering if they want coffee in them. The worst experience at any Starbucks.

This place has only been open for about an hour and all the tables are dirty, only one napkin dispenser has any napkins, and it appears the 2nd and 3rd staff members are still in the back on Grindr, OnlyFans or watching the DNC on CNN while crying over a cracked acrylic nail.

As I type, I count 7 overly self important Love, Life, Laugh, Pumpkin Spice women customers (who should all be in prison), and all of them too large to wear Lululemon, being a Karen to the one girl who is actually working. Most have the self important hair toss down pat as they look down on the one working staff member as if their 6XL sweatpants make them superior in some way.

Coffee is okay, but the place is filthy and getting worse by the second.  However the one girl who is running the whole Jenny Craig Dropout class is doing the best she can, but I'm sure is close to just dropping her green apron on the floor and yelling, "Later Biznatches" and finding somewhere else to work where she doesn't have to do it all by herself because the other 2 employees need supplemental oxygen just to get off the couch in the back.

After shopping in Target, I became parched and decided to get a drink at the Starbucks inside Target. There was a line due to only having 2 people working, so one is taking orders, and one is making drinks. The convenience is the reason I stopped.My favorite drink is the mango dragon fruit refresher, so sweet and hydrating. I get it made with water, not lemonade, because I like tasting the mango. There is some caffeine in the drink, so it also perks me up, but definitely not as much as their coffee drinks. The dragon fruit has no flavor, but I like the crunchy texture because it's freeze dried, and it is what makes the drink pink.Because it's inside Target, the seating area is small, and it's loud, so I wouldn't recommend working here, but if you need a pick me up before or after shopping, it's the perfect stop.

My family and I have been going to this Starbucks since this Target opened 10+ years ago. Sadly, the customer service has really gone downhill. I never see the same baristas anymore, which tells me they probably have a high turnover. I was in there today and the girls behind the counter were so unfriendly that I have officially decided to call it quits for this location even when it's convenient for Target shopping. There are too many other locations nearby, and for $5-$10 average cost per drink, I expect the very least of customer service skills such as thank you or even a hello. This should not be a difficult task. Do better.

Mikaela helped me when the cafe was busy already. She was really helpful to an older lady in line behind me as well even though she was all by herself taking orders, checking people out, and making the drinks. I’ll definitely come back to this Starbucks!!

Took my daughter to get a frappe, on 4/17/23, before testing and the Barista wrote a bit for her on her cup!!! She wrote “good luck gorgeous”! It made my daughter feel so special!! Thank you!!!

Worst experience at this target. The front girl taking my order was extremely rude and unprofessional! She was argumentative even. Just trying to get hot chocolate for my kiddos. Service is terrible! Save your time and money, avoid this one. You would think 2 people working without any customers could be nice, nope!
