When we first walked in, I made eye contact with a barista and she was talking to a fellow partner, and she looked back and me and the person I was with and said we will be right with you, then she went on her headphone (for the drive through) and said "there are people at the front", so then 2 other barista came out of the back and one took my order and they other took my boyfriends order. the one who took my boyfriend's order was Kaitlyn, she was not very nice, but we just brushed it off, after we got our drinks we sat down to start our studying session. right after that Kaitlyn refused service to someone who came in from walking there dog and she told them that they can't serve people if they have their animals, which I understand, then she was talking to the other barista's about the poor lady who didn't know, after that I went to order my refill and I tried to order a hot brewed tea, and I got my drink sat down and Kaitlyn wasn't being very nice to her fellow barista's and I just feel very bad for them as they have to deal with her not being very nice. besides that the drinks were fine.

Always seem to have the holiday items a bit longer than other locations, and always friendly staff. The only thing i hate is that the drive thru is hard on my truck (too tight for those turns) and the parking lot is always full. I've had to park at 7 eleven and cross the street to pick up an order

Sign said they closed at 5pm, walked in at 4:45 just to get a cake pop and walk back out and was told they’re closed for the day. If you’re wanting to leave by 5 then the sign should say closed at the 4:45 not 5. Cleaning should take place after closing time not before closing time…

Shout out to Caity working drive through Sunday late morning. After my card declined (surprised with a frozen account due to fraud charges and wasn’t aware until I was at the window to pay), she used her own personal card to pay the remaining balance of my transaction. The sincere and kind gesture was the anchor to what turned out to be a really rough day. Thank you Caity!!

Barista who gave me my order at the drive thru didn’t say anything and just handed my coffee. I drive past and I see she’s extremely pleasant to everyone else. This is the second time I get service like this from her. It’s annoying

Stopped in today and would say 50/50
the bathrooms were dirty but had a great service during check out however my party and I waited more then 10 minutes for our drink when there was no other orders and one of our drink we asked for no dairy but the first time it was made incorrect we brought it up they happily remade the drink but still added chocolate drizzle on top ?the inside was nice with pretty decor however there was a huge spider web underneath one of the chairs

Came in on Friday Sept. 30th 8th at 8:25 happy, and left at 8:30 with no drink, bad service experience, and not happy. Walked into no greeting just to stand and wait for some lady to NOT RING in my order that I placed with her , but to respond with it’ll take 10-15 minutes to make it cause it parents day. Ma’am, what’s my total? So quickly to detour me away I was in no rush. I wasn’t rushing just simply being a minority and not Aires quietly. Just to be met with that ….I felt so I welcomed I just nodded my head and left. As a former partner I was shocked by my encounter cause I’m my years of training when do barista know how long it’ll take for ONE particular drink? What kind of customer service is this? Did I really get out of my car for this? . The order was the Macadamia but cold brew something I know if baristas are doing drink orders in que correctly shouldn’t take long even with a rush. I waited being the only customer in like for about 4-5 minutes just to be greeted with that bologna.
