Came here the past 3 weeks to study in their lobby and took some visits through their drive thru and they are amazing! All the employees there work as a team by communicating with each other to get orders out, keep the drive thru flowing with no gaps, greet each customer who walks through the door, writes cute messages on the cups, connects with each customer at the window and lobby and sets a welcoming environment! Are they all this friendly or is this location special? I went twice today (long story) had two different people at the window. BOTH were so freaking nice and helpful. I dont ever go to starbucks so i never know what to get or how to order. I let the lady taking my order help me decide by trusting her suggestions.
