I had been coming here for about two-ish years. Today I went in as usual, sat down to do my work. Within 5 minutes someone came over from the back and said can I get you something. I responded not at the moment. She said ok with our new policy if you are going to hang out here you have to order something. Mind you, I always order something whenever I come in just not within the first 5 minutes. It’s usually after an hour or two. I also tip the baristas between $2-$10 depending on the day. I usually don’t order anything that is more than $5.
To the Starbucks owner…this encounter can be verified via your camera system. I walk in about 9:35a on 7/7/25. I sit right across from the counter by the bathrooms. Shortly after she comes over.

Edit-Someone told me that this is a new policy for all Starbucks that was rolled out in January to combat homeless people using their facilities. I definitely understand that. I’ll probably stick to the Starbucks that remember me and know that I’m a paying customer.

For Monday morning what a pleasure to walk into a quiet, clean, friendly Starbucks! Staff are all super cheerful! My cortado was perfection. My egg bites fresh and hot! A good way to start my trip to Denver.

Every time I order a drink it is hit or miss if they will make it correct. The last time when we asked for a remake because it was wrong they got an attitude. For how expensive it is you would at least hope they can follow the companies instructions on how to make a drink on the menu.

Paying for a $20 delivered coffee that’s only a mile away and then to have it burnt and bitter coffee is what inspired this review. I used to get Starbucks every work day, but now I’ve had burnt bitter coffee the last 5 times I’ve ordered and I’m officially done ordering from Starbucks. I’ll be going to local shops from now on. Over priced and burnt coffee is a no go. The drinks have been really inconsistent and for paying such an inflated cost, consistency is the least we can ask for.

People make places great and everyone at this Starbucks are such wonderful, young people. They are all so delightful and welcoming when you walk through the doors. They are very patient and helpful with our order taking. The lobby is always clean and spacious. Everyone one that works here adds to the perfect place for your meetings, gatherings, studying, etc. Great music at a great volume. Super clean bathrooms at all times. There app is always works and there's always parking. The staff are social and even have great recommendations for us to try. They know there regulars and they are regularly productive and helping someone with great efficiency and timing. Ive been going here with my wife for several months and it is our favorite way to start the day. The best Starbucks in the springs in my humble opinion. My fellow coffee consumers are a great crowd as well. Thank you Starbucks for this location, their managers and superb baristas!
