It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. In fact, I have been resisting writing this one for over six months. I was hoping that over time they would work out any kinks or problems they were having. Apparently this location will have ongoing problems for a while. I order one simple, flat white almost every morning on my way to work around 6:30 AM. I order via the app and I almost always have to wait extraordinarily long when I get there, or I get up to the window to pick up my drink and they are asking what I ordered or once I get my drink it’s not right. I leave this location, frustrated more mornings than not

Usually have a great experience at this location but not this morning. Breakfast sandwiches were still cold like they came out of a fridge and just handed them out. Absolutely disgusting. Didn’t have time to take them back, wasted because they weren’t for me. Time and money wasted.

Baristas seem annoyed you came inside to order and always seems like you are bothering them, yes your busy with the drive thru folks, but there are customers who like to order indoors. I only come to this Starbucks once a year on Veterans Day and two years in a row this staff has treated this 27 year Veteran rudely. Well never again and please Owner you have to know that this is a Military City we have all branches here in Colorado Springs, We have 4 major Military bases here in Colorado Springs, once your military customers find out you dont care for us or treat us badly, they will go elsewhere which is what I am going to do.

absolute bad customer service, took my husband to this Starbucks on Woodmen and Marksheffel on veterans day 2024, there was a Manager on duty and a full staff, I ordered my drink and my husbands drink, the manager had to help us because the other workers were busy, she seemed like she was annoyed to serve us which I dismissed as her just being busy, then when we received our drinks, my husband asked her for one of those sleeves for the hot cups as she was cleaning the condiment counter, again she was a bit rude and said can you ask at the counter, so my husband did so, and the young lady at the counter said they are at the counter meaning the condiment counter, my husband said no I checked there arent any, the girl at the register counter seemed like we were bothering her and went somewhere to find the sleeves, she was very young and just was a bit rude matching the managers rudeness, so here is why I am writing this review, this happened last year Veterans day 2023, and I said I would'nt go back to this exact starbucks but I decided to go as I was sure things would get better, but it wasn't, on veterans day 2023 there was one young lady at the register very rude. It just does'nt make sense that starbucks would have a staff that is this rude, I am a person of color and I really hope that isn't the issue as this is 2 years in a row, and trust me when I say this I will never ever give this starbucks another chance, Staff needs extra training on customer service and quite possibly equal opportunity.

We LOVE Starbucks but this location has gone downhill and has VERY poor customer service!!! They continue to run out of supplies and have staff with "attitude". I hope they can get their act together soon but we won't be back.

Came here on a snowy day for a warm drink and breakfast sandwich. My favorite flavor is Carmel Brule and since it's seasonal I try to get it while I can! I'm not a big coffee drinker so I got it as a steamer and it was perfect! So sweet and warm! I also got the bacon, egg and gouda sandwich, I love how the bacon pairs with the gouda cheese. It was brunch time when we came, so happy they still had plenty of breakfast sandwiches and the service was so quick! We did drive through and they made our drinks so quickly. This a good location, doesn't seem super busy.

This location is awesome. The staff is friendly especially on Sundays mornings. When they know your name and your favorite drink I have to give them a great review.
Friendly, fast, accurate and clean!! Great music always and great people who are genuinely happy to see you. Love this location and use it above others that are closer to home because it's so great.

Great place to go. I don’t need to abound how great Starbucks is, but it’s nice to go to a business where they always say hi, how are you, thank you then they give you a great big smile. In this day and age, a smile goes a long way. It turns a crappy day into a beautiful day. Like icing on a cake.
