It was good. A little slow considering they weren't busy. As a coffee place with a drive through they should maybe take some notes from the Dutch Bros down the street, maybe that's why they're always busy and you're not.

Went to this Starbucks and the lady had attitude. You can tell she did not want to be there. The drinks have chunks in it that is not how this drink is at any other Starbucks. I get customer service can be stressful but even when you are tired and annoyed pretend.

QR code for coupon wouldn't scan - employee was pretty rude about it and did nothing to try and figure out what was wrong. She told me she didn't know why it wasn't working and that my order would be full price, which I paid. Not sure the purpose of downloading the app to save money when it doesn't do what it's supposed to and employees do nothing to help. Starbucks is always good, just not happy with this particular situation.
They do not serve food there. But you can bring us a lunch or snack. It’s more for kids and the happiness that they get from going to be able to pet the animals and learn about them. Everybody is friendly and it’s a great experience for the kids.

I walked in on a Saturday with my girlfriend for a drink on a hot day, they asked for the largest size chai I could get when I asked for that the girl talking to me was insanely rude and snarky for no reason so I just simply walked out with my girlfriend chose to go to a different Starbucks I called them to the manager and she simply said she didn’t understand how I thought I could get a bigger chai than allowed truly disappointed Starbucks is one of my favorite places to go and I’ve always loved their customer service this Starbucks, however takes customer service very lightly and has zero respect for their customers and clientele if you have the chance to go to Starbucks, do not go to this location

I normally do a quick mobile pick up inside and was waiting for my drink to made when I noticed a girl with green hair going behind the counter wearing shorty shorts and a really skimpy shirt. I know Starbucks likes to keep a certain image of their company and I really like this location just thought it was odd.

I guess this is better than the closest other starbucks since it actually has seating. But no power plugs if needing to plug a laptop in or anything. Mostly clean and has access to bathrooms, unlike the closest other starbucks. But not as clean as I would hope.
