Apparently it's your job to guess if it's your coffee sitting there, showed up this morning ordered a white chocolate mocha and no communication. It's kinda like lack of customer service, I mean if a customer places an order it makes sense to acknowledge them and let them know their order is complete. Not my job to do your job.

When this stand alone went up I was excited. Drive thru coffee, parking lot is a little congested but mainly no issues to walk in and get my coffee if I ordered pick up, but the coffee was never consistent. After about 6 iced white mochas that had no flavor, for 6$ a pop, I decided to start going across the street to King Soopers Starbucks where they get it right every single time. I did call and complain once and she asked me to come back for a free coffee to make it right, but a simple white mocha with no extra verbiage needed, I just quit spending my money there.

This new Starbucks location is excellent. Ample seating for remote work, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and they consistently get my order right (nitro with extra cold foam). I highly recommend this location!

I went through the drive-thru it was quick. But think there is something wrong with cell phone reception in this area. I can never get my phone to sink up to add money or pre-order. I tried to get it ordered at major cross street when the light is red, but if it's green I'M SOL.

SLOW...I am a walk-in customer. The only one. Waited about 5 minutes before asking if they forgot. They said the problem was five customers were ahead of me !?!I said the problem was not enough. people were filling orders/making drinks. Management issues...Nearby Starbucks on Fillmore Street is a much better experience.
