i’ve never really had any issues with any other locations so i try to avoid it if i’m not in a rush. unfortunately the service is pretty poor as i always run into the same bored barista who gets a little rude if there’s something slight wrong with my drink and i bring it up so i’ve just resorted to leaving it as is.

I'm not fond of a Starbucks in a hotel. Mostly because they have their own set of rules when it comes to use your Starbucks card, it redeem (free) drinks.
This Starbucks was very nice. Very friendly staff and the orders were quick and correct

I was in the other day and honestly.. I think they got new management or something because it was never like this before. The baristas were coughing all over and not covering their mouths or washing their hands. The guy named Carlos was being super passive aggressive and had horrible customer service, he was arguing with a guy with a Q in his name quinn or something. AND THEY WERE OUT OF FOOD, and blaming it on the previous management. I think that's a cop out because clearly they don't know how to do their jobs correctly. They didn't ask if I wanted to use stars and I dint get to use them before the transaction was complete. I used to go in all the time but at this point I dont think I'll ever go back because I'm honestly disgusted with the service and cleanliness. 0/10 would not recommend this location. I also called corporate and to let them know what's going on because this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I don't like to complain but I have a sucralose allergy and I ordered our drinks with stevia. It was taking a long time after the cold drinks were ready so I went over to see how the hot drinks were going. The new girl was putting splenda in our cups. I had to ask her to please dump it out and rinse the cups. She was very nice but struggling and by the time, My drink had lots of foam minute even though I ordered no foam.I got the hot drinks the cold drinks I had for my clients were melting. If it was just my drinks, it wouldn't be a problum. But when you're getting drinks for clients. 32 minutes is a long time to be at Starbucks. Waiting for your order and there wasn't even much of a line. Also there's almost no parking for this location.

It was very small and they didn't have wifi or anywhere to sit and charge my laptop, which is why I enjoy Starbucks because I normally order coffee and sit with my laptop and use their wifi but I couldn't do that here. Other than no wifi and no where to sit the store was busy and all the workers were on it. So if you just need to run in and grab a coffee then continue on your way this is definitely a good store to do that!
