I went there this morning for a Pumpkin Spice Latte and loved the friendly service and great-tasting latte. However, it has gotten a little expensive since I last went.

I went for Friday love and ended up paying $7 and change for what I thought was supposed to be a $6 deal. My coffee was burnt and it was actually the worst tasting latte I've had from Starbucks yet. The snack was good, but I was in a hurry and didn't have time to ask for a remade coffee. Sadly I couldn't even finish my drink because it did not taste good, so I felt like I wasted my money when I could've spent that at another location or coffee shop.

I will always love star bucks even though the staff at the last one I went too were very very rude!!! Customer service has gone down hill for the very big coffee chain!! Why would I want to get overpriced coffee from a rude staff????? Coffee is still good though!*Edit*It is now 2023! And due to the way Starbucks has treated police personnel and military personnel, I will no longer be getting anything from this chain! They are terrible and full of hate! Such a sad corporate company, just a cog in the liberal American chain.

Everything was great but the store was like a sauna when it was already hot outside. When I walk into Starbucks on a warm day I expect nice air conditioning. Ya know?
The staff is rude. They will stand their chatting before they will help a customer. It is in a Safeway which is not very clean. I did not order this time but have in the past and it was the same for each of those visits. Employee and manager chatting before helping the customer. Acting like it was a huge inconvenience to help the customer.
