Amazing night with wife, she was grinning from ear to ear the entire night. Brother Luck delivered as always.

Take a seat this will take a moment to give you context. I have followed Brother Lucks journey for a few years but this is my first chance to experience his energy and food. Colorado Springs is lucky to have him. He is edgy but empathic. His food is fun gorgeous and evocative. But he also honors our city and our roots. I just experienced a themed event. Dinner in the Dark. Compressed Watermelon and Elk in the Woods. Two offerings of the 7 course meal. I'm not going to waste your time with descriptions. What you need to know. Creativity is rare and should be cherished. He is creativeVery.Come celebrate a true soul filled with love. Thank you Brother Luck.

Where else can you go to a top notch chef’s test kitchen? The fried gojuchang chicken served with pickled watermelon rind was out of this world. Well done, Chef Brother!

We had our five year anniversary dinner here tonight and we had such a good time! I never would order elk carpaccio on my own, but I’m happy to have tried it. I only got a picture of the menu and the dessert because i I started eating everything else before I thought to take a picture. The food quality and drink pairings were amazing. Since prices aren’t listed anywhere I could find, the 5 course menu was $85 per person and the wine pairing (totally worth it $) was $35 in May of 2023. Be aware that they include a 23% gratuity on the check, even for a table of two.

Hidden above what was formerly Lucky Dumpling — now Folklore — is an intimate, culinary playground dubbed “The Studio.” The space, designed by celebrity chef Brother Luck, essentially serves as a proving ground for new talent, whose creative cuisine is served up to a small dining room of eager patrons. A top notch sommelier is present to provide expert pairings for all five courses. The restaurant caters to just 24 guests each night, providing a particularly exclusive setting that removes much of the hustle and bustle that would ordinarily detract from a creative environment.Getting a reservation is difficult, and not because of the limited seating, but because no one seems to answer the phone and the Open Table calendar shows no availability.Upon arrival, we were served a complimentary aperitif and a moist towelette. The tasting menu is fixed by the chef, but they can cater to allergies on the fly. Five courses were all expertly prepared and beautifully plated. It would add another two paragraphs to do justice describing each dish, and doing so would ruin the adventure for those who are inspired to try it for themselves. Suffice it to say it was one of the best meals we’ve had in the city. We found the lamb a bit lackluster compared to the rest, but overall the menu was excellent.Just as stellar were the wines. The sommelier was extremely knowledgeable about each bottle he had chosen, the grapes, its history, even the history of the vintner. Each wine was perfectly paired and incredibly unique. We had a chance to try things that were as delicious as they were obscure. It rivaled and complimented the meal in every way.The servers were all very amicable, though just a tad lacking in their knowledge of the menu and the etiquette one might expect to accompany such a fine dinner. The whole service took three hours, with minor delays between courses. In all, we had only two slight disappointments: First, the experience felt slightly less immersive than we had hoped. While one could sort of peer around the plating station to see the kitchen, we had hoped to watch the masters at work and interact with them in the way such a space seems made for.Second, The Studio was our last hope of getting a chance to enjoy dishes crafted by Brother Luck himself. While we love his willingness to find and encourage new talent, and while we have enjoyed countless meals at all his restaurants cooked by such individuals, we long to one day dine with the man who beat Bobby Flay at his own game. Luck has become a successful restaurateur, I only hope he remains a chef.No matter what, we will certainly be back soon for another delicious dinner at this hidden haven for the adventurous foodie. My compliments to everyone involved — it was superb!

Intimate and artsy. New menu every two weeks. Cocktails were good but nothing to write home about. The food was a set menu of tapas. I recommend wine pairing instead of cocktails. I miss the dessert most ?

Having a meal at The Studio is very special. Excellent food from Chef Brother Luck! Stellar wine pairings from Sommelier Steve Saus Kander! Personal stories and explanations with each course make it extra meaningful. The flavors, textures, colors, aromas, and sounds in The Studio left me with complete satisfaction. Will definitely go again.

Giving one star because this place was EXTREMELY difficult to locate. We came from out of town and were looking for somewhere to chill. We circled the building several times looking for the studio. there is NO indication of where this building is, unless you look SUPER close up top and see a small font “Studio A64.” Also, why does your website AND google says you’re open till MIDNIGHT, but you were closed at 10? I also called the number provided on the website and did not get an answer. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing to tourist.

Stopped here with a friend on our trip to Colorado. Awesome place to kick back and relax with like minded people. Very relaxed atmosphere. And the milkshakes we're out of this world good!! Bianca was super cool and chill, just all around good vibes!! Had to go back the next night. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Simply the most unique experiences the area has to offer. Especially during the social distancing world of which we live and travel. Many comfy spots, from clean leather sofas to comfortable tufted side chairs, all arranged as if you were home. Or at your best bus’s place, ya know just chillin in a secluded corner beneath the fireplace hanging on the wall. At the opposite end of the joint, one may feel as though they’re with their mate at their fav pub, complete with someone lovely to tend to your needs behind the counter. Except this bar has a lovely electric dabs set up. Yes, get stoked. Accompanied by its own silver tray of sterilizing supplies, individual wipes, qtips and toothpicks, of course. So easy to hit, enjoy and clean up. Thirsts or munchies are also taken care of. Just like the dabs bar set up, each comfy station is set up with a similar trays of convenience for timers of all sorts. If you’re in need of a grinder they do have some to lend. Bring your own equipment and have away at creating and enjoying your product. Brain Candy taken care of in nearly every corner of the wonderfully eclectic loft. Art. Art. Everyone art. Everywhere art. Everything art. Stickers are so important they’re under glass. This is a certain sort of heaven and a nirvana in such an amusing and interesting way. Each room a different feel. And even each different seating arrangement within that room, has its own ambiance. There’s thoughtful lighting at play here, friends. And fun play with elements of design and flow! Oh and you know, as you’d hope to find, laughter. And invitations to play games. Socially distancing, of course. Welcome. Find a spot. Find another if you like. Be comfy. Enjoy.
