She put the wrong cheese on my custom sandwich. Then proceeded to tell me i couldn't get the cheese i wanted.

This location is very close to my work and alot of businesses. It always seems at lunch there is 1 person working ( which I feel horrible for they are always slammed ). they do there best but it's still slow for people in a hurry. They stopped making any sweet tea or the other 3 drinks including the watermelon one. I've been just for the drink, saw the line and no drink and have left. I've never had horrible service but I usually pick the slower times to go now. If they had better staff and drinks this place could be 5 stars.

The Philly I ordered was trash. The bread had about two inches on both sides of rock-solid bread. Inedible. The meat was absolutely minimal. It’s like the fact that nobody was watching them make it (DoorDash), empowered them to skimp on everything and use the oldest loaf in the basket. Hardly a $5 sandwich, let alone $13. This location has fallen off completely

Kylie was super sweet and patient. She was the only one there and made our order like a champ, everything looks delicious. Brought our love for subway back, we’ll be coming back for sure.

We were there 10/26/24 and the girls working at around 1:00 were amazing! I wish I would have gotten their names. They were quick and friendly and great with my daughter ordering. The best service we have had at that location!!

Please don't make customers feel like an inconvenience. I waited patiently while 2 customers were in front of me. When they were both done I wasn't even acknowledged. I had to say excuse me, was answered with "ya?"

Went in to buy breakfast this morning but I wanted to wash my hands first and your employee couldn’t have been more snotty. “It’s (bathroom code) on the bottom of your receipt. Sorry that’s company policy.” Fine if your company policy is to spread germs, good enough. Then I asked if you sell coffee. “No,” she said. Then I spotted your empty coffee pot. “Well, we stopped selling it 4 days ago because it doesn’t sell.” Well, I was just going to buy some and a sandwich but I bought nothing instead due to the entirety rude attitude. I’m quite sure that was the result the employee was looking to accomplish. I suggest firing this person and hiring someone new at a much higher wage. Make sure they have a work ethic and customer service skills. Lying to people out of laziness is very poor customer service. The proper response would have been to ask if I was going to make a purchase? Then give me the code to the bathroom. As far as the coffee goes, the proper response would have been, “As soon as I finish with this customer, I can make some.” There used to be a black kid who used to work at this location who was awesome. What happened to him? He should be the manager. As a store manager, your job is to fire these rude people immediately and take up their schedule until you can fill their position. Good lord.
Arrived @ 9:30 doors locked…thought…hmm ok says 10 (for closing) but cool. Drove to the one a few miles away…employee didn’t even want to be there…so I said no thanks and left. Came back here took a photo while employee was doing trash… ??♂️ started walking away and had another BIG employee come out and say “sir” I engaged in quite a conversation in which I was NOT given the “managers” name but told “don’t worry about that”. I WILL be calling tomorrow 9/27/24. Thanks for messing around and finding out!

We ordered two sandwiches on Doordash from this Subway. The first sandwich had almost nothing inside it. You can see in the photo how little meat they put on, and there was almost zero cheese. The second one was the opposite. It had a ton in it, but they put so much mustard and mayo that my husband's hands were coated and he had to give up on eating it because he couldn't taste anything else. Absolutely horrible.

4 olives 4 pickles 4 pieces of lettuce 4 pieces of Spinach 4 pieces of onion on your foot long. Oh wait 0 olives banana peppers and tomatoes because they got rid of those because they were too high a cost. Long gone are the days of the 5 dollar foot long lol. They didn't have the bread i needed or even water cups. Place has gone downhill recently. Cutting costs and corners
