Waited in line for 10 minutes. There was 3 people working. 1 left. Was told that he had to do the mobile orders first, and then bread? Was told it would be a 40 min wait. Wasted almost my entire lunch break waiting.

Maybe the worst subway I’ve ever been too. Bread had to be two days old. They barely want to give you any toppings. Never again

Terrible service. Dude that made my sandwich at 2 30 today literally tossed it at me because I corrected him while he was warming up my meat. Bad attitude, girl with him seemed frustrated and they literally had nobody in line because they had to keep turning people away for not having white bread made.

Service was okay. The manager was nice however he was talking on the phone majority of the time as well as training a new hire. The girls working were rude.

The new nachos are nothing to brag about and wouldn’t consider it a foot long at all. They ran out of Baja sauce and I asked if I could get extra cheese instead and was denied. Then the manager told one of the girls to make the sauce and she rolled her eyes and refused. I said it was fine I’ll just take it how it is. Paid an extra dollar for a sad pathetic scoop of avocado. I mean look at it. Barely anything.

This location is very close to my work and alot of businesses. It always seems at lunch there is 1 person working ( which I feel horrible for they are always slammed ). they do there best but it's still slow for people in a hurry. They stopped making any sweet tea or the other 3 drinks including the watermelon one. I've been just for the drink, saw the line and no drink and have left. I've never had horrible service but I usually pick the slower times to go now. If they had better staff and drinks this place could be 5 stars.

The Philly I ordered was trash. The bread had about two inches on both sides of rock-solid bread. Inedible. The meat was absolutely minimal. It’s like the fact that nobody was watching them make it (DoorDash), empowered them to skimp on everything and use the oldest loaf in the basket. Hardly a $5 sandwich, let alone $13. This location has fallen off completely

We were there 10/26/24 and the girls working at around 1:00 were amazing! I wish I would have gotten their names. They were quick and friendly and great with my daughter ordering. The best service we have had at that location!!

Please don't make customers feel like an inconvenience. I waited patiently while 2 customers were in front of me. When they were both done I wasn't even acknowledged. I had to say excuse me, was answered with "ya?"
