I encountered the rudest employee here! It’s starts off with me placing an online order that they canceled because they only had three slices of bread left. She says she calls me and reads off come number that is not mine (it’s the stores phone number) I ask her if she can just make my sandwiches because there were three sandwiches and three slices of bread. Claims she has to call her manager. Lies to her manager saying I want her to make my sandwiches for free and that I am raising my voice at her and she is not “trying to get yelled at so she is just making my sandwiches.” She starts trying to make sandwiches and I try to tell her that for future, the number she found on the receipt is the store number not the customers. She tells me “I have already talked to my manager I’m not talking to you.” I try to tell her again that I am just trying to help her for future calls to customers she had to make and she wasn’t having it. I will gladly take my business else where.

1st off they dont even greet you they are more worried about making something for themself then help a customer then when they finally decide to help you its not hi what can I get started for you its what do you want also most the veggies were pretty much expired I for sure wouldnt recommend this location to anyone

It would be a good place to go if they didn't always run out of sandwich making stuff so often. Last time I was there they were out of steak meat, and it was only around 630 on the evening. The time before that it was onions and banana peppers. Then it was mayo. They also are having a hard time keeping the help there. Which, I feel for them, not an easy task these days. The owner, though, should be more on top of the ordering at least.

By far the worst subway experience I've ever had. Nothing was clean, they were out of ingredients at 5pm, and didn't even toast my sandwich despite the recipe calling for it AND me telling them to.

Here is an Idea. Serve sandwiches. Not churros, or foot long cookies or banana pudding. Sandwiches. Do it well with good service. When employees take ten minutes to make a churro for someone, you have lost your way. 25 minutes with 3 people in front of you in line will not work.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. Honestly, if I could give this subway less than 1 star, I would. This experience has ruined Subway for me forever, and ultimately I will never eat from this establishment ever again. I begin ordering my sandwich. I am offered a variety of meats ranging from turkey to salami. Turkey sounded awesome, so I went ahead and ordered that. But wait, I’m told that there is no more turkey! Seconds after being offered turkey. Oh well I guess i’ll just order a different meat. I then move on to the different toppings only for the employees to inform me that there is no longer a Build Your Own option. So I am unable to choose what I want on my own sandwich? That’s odd I don’t recall Subway ever making that change. Even after all of this, I let it slide and go to pay for my food. I get my receipt back only to see that I’ve been charged for 2 sandwiches. I only ordered 1 sandwich but I was charged for 2? Did they order one for themselves? By this point I just want to go home and enjoy my food. The cashier starts processing my refund for the other sandwich I NEVER ordered. I paid with card but I got my change in cash? The change I received wasn’t even the right amount. I can see why this person is working at subway and not going to school. I honestly didn’t even want to make anymore fuss over a dollar so I took my change and left. Overall, unacceptable environment at this Subway. Let me not forget to mention how unsanitary the dining room looked and how unprofessional the employees acted towards me. If I knew this is how it would go I would have gone to Panda Express or Chipotle. People save yourself the time and headache and just make a sandwich at home.

Ordered online my husband and I are both sick. The food was made wrong and tastes terrible. I threw mine away. It was left outside and no one text as requested when the food arrived. Everything was soggy and now my husband and I aren't eating dinner.

Where has the customer service gone? Walked in and literally stood in front of the counter as two girls chatted away as if I was not even there. I walked out and as I left one sarcastically told, me, have a great day! This has become an all too common scene. I truly hope management coaches these two individuals on the importance of customer service as these two directly impacted your bottom line...

Dec 14, 2023 appx 10 am. Front door was locked despite worker preparing a to go order, staff member was extremely rude (early mid 20sfemale POC) Who was perturbed and used foul language towards me as she was clearly upset she had to work during a time of moderate weather. Bagel place next door was awesome though.

I placed an order for pickup at 9 pm but received a call from an employee who informed me they were out of bread. He said I had to visit the store the following day for a refund because, being new, he didn't know how to process refunds for mobile orders. I explained that I was visiting from out of state and couldn't return the next day, but he had no solution for me. I submitted a request to Subway's corporate office on October 11th, the same day as the order, and have received no response. Both the store and the company have shown appalling customer service—it's utterly ridiculous. I do not recommend this store or company at all. Two thumbs way down. ??
