Had Philly steak footlong, The portions of soggy soft meat is so small now I thought I only ordered bread. Absolutely the worst sandwich I've ever bought from subway. The wife and I will never go back unless they change back to the way they used to be.

The two ladies working were taking there sweet time with everything. Got a disrespectful tone when I told them my 6inch was maybe 4 1/2 inches. They need to train there employees on how to be respectful.

If it could have been lower than one star it would have been. This is what is at 5:05 p.m. on Saturday the 8th. The girl that was working did not say one word to me as I came in the door. No hello no nothing. The first thing out of her mouth was "bread." She kept staring at me the whole time like I had leprosy or something. The only other word out of her mouth was," is that it."Oh I forgot something she did say one other thing. I said I want wheat bread and she said, " none. " I work in the area know lots of people that go into Subway and if that girl continues to work there I would guess your business goes down considerably

Sorry, but slicing the meat isn't working. Freshly sliced roast beef tasted like it was in the verge of going bad. Too hard for them to keep up with the times. Hope they can find a way to reinvent themselves...service wasn't great and prices have skyrocketed. Now that inflation isn't a factor, stores and restaurants need to lower their prices and stop taking advantage of folks.

I was a little PO'ed when I walked in - the Stetson Hills location botched my DoorDash order twice in a row. This location got it right on the first try, plus the employee apologized for another store - truly went above and beyond to solve an issue he had no part in. AWESOME customer service!!

The app is worthless. No chance to remove the allergens or request specific ingredients. The staff did'nt care one way or another. The app is not their concern. I had to throw my sandwich out because it was horrible.
