The store likes to close before their advertised closing time. That’s pretty cool. And the open sign is lit up as well.
Tonight I had the pleasure of being served by Joe. He was patient and made our sandwiches exactly how we asked and took extra care with our order. He worked diligently while his coworker (who seemed to be a manager) talked to an off the clock employee the entire time about other employes. Shootout to Joe for the great service!
Lack of basic customer service skills. Went in a long time ago and got bad service so put them on hold for about 4 months. Experience was even worse than the first time today. Was not greeted when I came in nor while I was standing at the line. Keep in mind the two employees are right on the other side just chatting away. Once a bigger group came in, they acknowledged them so I walked up closer to the counter only to be greeted with “are you ready?” To make things worse the music was playing loudly the guy couldn’t hear me and asked me to speak up. At this point I was waiting for the Scare Tactics crew to let me know it was a prank. Don’t go to the location off of Woodman/Rangewood either - Same manager who was there handles both.
The workers name is Champ and he was mumbling cuss words and when I asked him if he said something he said yes and when I asked him what he said he said nothing and rolled his eyes angrily but I knew he was cussing, his name is Champ.
My cold cut combo was made really well, thank you!
I’ve had great experiences here. Subways don’t have a great track record for good service, but this store is the best one I go to around here.
The bread for the entire delivery order was dry and hard. Seemed like it was a week old and couldn’t even eat parts of it. The sandwiches weren’t full either. I tried to call and the phone just rang and rang...they never picked up. We hadn’t ordered Subway in a while and won’t be going again. I feel like it was wasted money.
Update your drive through pricing! It was way more when I got to window than what was on the ordering screen and he said “ read the sign next time” I guess there is a sign outside saying the pricing is different , but not by how much or if it’s less or more than what screen says. Annoying and not a good way to do business!
The employees don’t/can’t listen/multitask. The Bread is TERRIBLE. Burnt and flaked so much it made the most unnecessary mess.
The manager needs to put 3 employees on the line. Customer service felt extremely tired and uninterested. We were pretty Disappointed.
Walked into the store entry was covered in ice and before I could see wet floor sighn I fell and split my knee open requiring stitches

Was still taking online orders Christmas Eve even after closing. Charged me $12 for food that didn’t exist.

It is one thing to say "welcome" to a store. It's another thing to feel welcomed. I visited the Dublin/Powers location where I met Jacob. The way he talked and interacted with patrons was something special. I felt welcomed. A truly good Hire!!

The establishment consistently fails to meet the expected timeliness in order fulfillment. The sole new employee is working alongside only one other staff member. Subway should consider either temporarily closing underperforming locations or allocating sufficient resources to ensure adequate staffing levels. Numerous alternative sub shops offer superior employee performance, quality and prompt service.

Came at 9:30 to pick up an Uber eats order. Doors were locked (location was supposed to be open at 8) and there was one employee working who was clearly ignoring me as I was trying to come in. She didn’t acknowledge my existence. Went to the drive thru line thinking I could talk to her that way but stood there for 5 minutes before canceling the order. Yikes!! Will definitely be contacting corporate over this and Uber has already filed a complaint at the location on Darby. Do better!
