It is one thing to say "welcome" to a store. It's another thing to feel welcomed. I visited the Dublin/Powers location where I met Jacob. The way he talked and interacted with patrons was something special. I felt welcomed. A truly good Hire!!

The establishment consistently fails to meet the expected timeliness in order fulfillment. The sole new employee is working alongside only one other staff member. Subway should consider either temporarily closing underperforming locations or allocating sufficient resources to ensure adequate staffing levels. Numerous alternative sub shops offer superior employee performance, quality and prompt service.

Came at 9:30 to pick up an Uber eats order. Doors were locked (location was supposed to be open at 8) and there was one employee working who was clearly ignoring me as I was trying to come in. She didn’t acknowledge my existence. Went to the drive thru line thinking I could talk to her that way but stood there for 5 minutes before canceling the order. Yikes!! Will definitely be contacting corporate over this and Uber has already filed a complaint at the location on Darby. Do better!

No one greeted is when we came in. O word at the counter, two people were working, didn't look up or so hello. I asked if I order here, he said yes but we're busy now. A bit later another woman came out, asked if if been helped and preceeded to then take my order...umm tip? ?

Don't eat here if you are a party of 8 because you will be denied service. The person working refused to serve them and said to give 24hr notice. If they came in separately they would be served but not all together. Will make sure I do not visit this subway.

This place sucks, I knew I'd be driving by so while driving I called, they said they don't do call ins, I was driving. My wife used the app several times ordered early every time the order wasn't ready, they even said they gave it away once. There's a firehouse across the street.

Jay is awesome working at this location!!! My husband and I have no problem driving out from Falcon because he is top notch with getting our orders right everytime, our subs are always full and super neat on top of that he is very personable! We appreciate you Jay so much, this guy needs a raise and all the credit ?

Went to Stetson Hills location and never got my food, had to get a refund. Which took almost a week bc the manager wasn't available when I was. They also only have 1 person running it. So tried this location to see if they were better. Awful ? paid xtra for Extra meat and cheese got two pieces of ham one piece cheese.. cold cut combo was all bologna.. this place has definitely gone down the drain ? and won't answer phone to have have it fixed. Subway used to have good service and food, not anymore. Seems like customer service in food industry in general has declined.

Asked for extra lettuce for an online order and recieved no lecture on all three sandwiches. Missed half of the items that were added to them as well. Disappointing and low quality service. They don't even answer the phone when you try to call to get the order fixed.
