Ordered twice from here and the sandwhich was made wrong ..works really ne to pay attention to the details of the order

I was in there may 30 2025 about 7:00 pm, the blond kid looked like he hated his job, didn’t know how to make my sandwich so he kept looking at the menu to read the ingredients. My wife asked if they were hiring & he ignored her. When she tried asking the other guy working about it he interrupted him to tell her they aren’t hiring. Unprofessional & this guy definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Walked in, was thankful no one was in the store.
The sandwich artist ignored me, then tried to pass me off to another employee… which didn’t respond. I was immediately asked upon walking in if I had an online order. I said no then he passed me off to another person. As a previous manager of a Subway the in person customers always had upmost priority.
I felt unwelcome and an inconvenience to the staff upon my arrival. I then proceeded to another store on south academy and had a pleasant experience. I did have a wait at the S Academy store which was fine at least I felt valued as a customer so I gave a $5 cash tip and 20% credit card tip.

The store I’m writing this review on needs to train their employees to be approachable and courteous to walk in customers. This is a shame, zero stars if I could.

May I say that the store was very clean and nice at first but when you get inside the store the atmosphere is very ugly. I went in to get a nice and simple sandwich for me and my wife before I came home but as I noticed the manager was very and may I say very rude and unprofessional. As she was making my sandwich she was giving me attitude as well as snarky remarks but when it came to a young man she was giving him flirty remarks which made the young man very uncomfortable. When he left she started saying very inappropriate stuff about the young man to her coworker which made me disgusted. If I was the boss hearing this I would not stand for it. By the time I was done ordering my food I left with a bad imprint with the restaurant. I will be going to the boss or corporate as well because it is very unprofessional.

My order was 25 minutes late, there was no one in line to order, and 3 employees in the building, while only one was making anything for myself and other customers waiting for pickup. Ordering online, give yourself 30 mins buffer I guess.

Typically, I have a splendid experience at this location, however...my last experience has resulted in my hiatus of service. I tipped on card and in cash, and I regret it.

Horrid customer service. "Alright" food, made improperly.

When I called for toppings that were missing once I returned home, I was met with "I put several handfuls on your other sub, so just take some off and put it on the other. My subs only had 3 toppings. Not that difficult to "forget" on a app order. I was treated like an incompetent person instructed to bring my whole unaltered sandwich back (a picture would not suffice) for them to offer the proper food I ordered. The error was on a sub I bought for someone else with my purchase. I ordered six cookies, and they were all old.

I will never eat at this location again, and I recommend you do the same. Thanks for your erroneous customer service, Kelly. I placed a digital review through the owners to also receive no helpful response. I will NEVER shop here again. You shouldn't either.

Was having a very bad day, was looking forward to comfort sandwich. The young lady making the sandwich was very pleasant, but obviously new and learning...her support/manager seemed too bothered to help her and even seemed as if it was a bother to him when she asked to make sure she was making my sandwich properly...I have generally had a good experience at this location...but now I might look for a location where the employees support each other...

I genuinely wonder what is the purpose of ordering food there online ahead of time if they never start making it till you get there and stand in line for them to even start?
Placed my order, waited 5 minutes at home and drove to pick up. Soon in line for OVER 15 minutes to just hear that they never started making it.
I did ask why it is never ready till we show up. Employee with a look of disgust on his face just waived his hand into the air.
I don't think there is another food place on Colorado Springs with worst customer service than those one. They never have ingredients you order, food never ready, slways rude.
Employee told me that ordering online means nothing and I still have to wait in line with everyone else.
Can the owner say what is the reason for ordering online at all?

The employees here are rude and have an attitude problem. For example one employee there name Jennifer was wearing a mask and gost uspset when i could not hear her and asked her to speak up. She also gave attitude for the same reason to gentleman behind me as well.

Came in this evening to grab a bite, and the service was fantastic!
When I got home and ate, the food was amazing! Definitely will be going back!

Never go here. They will do online orders until they are done. Just leave you sitting there like an idiot
Then you can hear them talking in the back . It wasn't until I said I was tired of waiting that I was finally helped

Never coming back. Staff hiding in back when there was a long line wasted my short lunch on a sandwich no communication about delays. I asked for a meatball sub they said they were cold in the back and would take several minutes but then the staff brought out a fresh container when the guest behind me ordered one and they were steaming hot. Would like to speak with supervisor at this branch.
