I want to start by saying the young black woman who works the front is AMAZING. She takes her job seriously and genuinely cares that your order is made correctly, neatly, and gets to you on time. HOWEVER the big white dude, who literally NEVER helps her is horrible. He constantly messes up orders, and makes them so sloppy and disgusting. I dread seeing him come along to make an order (well whenever he does decide to “help” that is…) Please fire him and get a new employee! As this rate I’ll take his place. Here is our sandwiches we ordered today…you can tell which employee made which. Disappointing.

I was with my mom ordering food because the online ordering was not working for us so we both had one coupon each with 3 footlongs on both coupon but separate from each other, so 6 sandwiches was a kind of big order and i can understand that it can be hard and frustrating with just two people working. Everything seemed okay at first but my mom and i are hard of hearing so we typically get rude service from people but still we received bad service tonight. I was making sure my mom got the order right, and i was waiting patiently for my turn. The one who started the sandwich for my mom went to me and gave me snarky comment when he asked if i had an order too. As i was ordering, the other person was doing other things but not helping with the line, when he started to help the line and he was barely paying attention to me because i noticed his family members were behind me. I brushed it off because I would be the same way with my family if i saw them but I would pay attention to the customer in front of me… He didn’t pay attention to me enough to know what sandwichs I had, and was barely put toppings on, kind of just throwing it on there. He didn’t seem like he cared enough about his job and I just didn’t like the service I received from this subway and this was the first time thats ever happened to me at this specific subway too.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We did a pick up order and they got everything wrong and when I called to have it fixed they didn't answer and then hung up the phone. How hard is it to read instructions and make a sandwich?

Not sure what the point of ordering ahead and having an app tell you your order is ready when they don’t prepare orders beforehand. Planned to order ahead for a smoothly timed evening, even gave a few minutes extra to ensure my order was ready. Waiting 10 + minutes for an order that was scheduled to be done 10 before I got here sucks. I even had time to write this review, bring my snacks and drinks to the car and still wait more (order was ready at 5p/17h). Wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to have a smooth evening

De Jah is a great employee and just a really nice person. A real sweetheart that knows how to make a great sandwich. Best subway in town in my opinion.

They completely prioritized everybody's else's sandwich over my online orders, which were placed 25 mi uses before everybody else in line. I would not recommend coming g here at all. Jimmy John's is right down the street with much better service!

This store is typically out of a lot of ingredients. The last 2 visits they've been out of steak chicken and meatballs. My fiance and I are not coming back to this location ever again despite it being the closest one to our home.

Very clean restaurant, even though it was very busy. The gentleman who worked last night handled the rush by himself and kept his composure. I would say the lady that came in to relive him was very rude. She was very mean to the gentleman she was working with, I would say she was way out of line for coming in and talking to him the way she did actually..Maybe work on having more staff for the dinner rush.

Guy at the front didnt want anyone inside the store at 730. He stated that he has 20 online orders he has to get done! We all know thats a lie. And to make it worse this is the fifth time he has done this to me! Corporate deff need to figure this one out!
