De Jah is a great employee and just a really nice person. A real sweetheart that knows how to make a great sandwich. Best subway in town in my opinion.

They completely prioritized everybody's else's sandwich over my online orders, which were placed 25 mi uses before everybody else in line. I would not recommend coming g here at all. Jimmy John's is right down the street with much better service!

Feels dirty
Very slow service!!
This store is typically out of a lot of ingredients. The last 2 visits they've been out of steak chicken and meatballs. My fiance and I are not coming back to this location ever again despite it being the closest one to our home.

Very clean restaurant, even though it was very busy. The gentleman who worked last night handled the rush by himself and kept his composure. I would say the lady that came in to relive him was very rude. She was very mean to the gentleman she was working with, I would say she was way out of line for coming in and talking to him the way she did actually..Maybe work on having more staff for the dinner rush.

Guy at the front didnt want anyone inside the store at 730. He stated that he has 20 online orders he has to get done! We all know thats a lie. And to make it worse this is the fifth time he has done this to me! Corporate deff need to figure this one out!

Tonight was the 5th time my husband went into this location for our family and wasn’t served . Every single time he’s told that it will be a 45 minute wait or that they have too many online orders to take his order . That’s ridiculous. If you want subs go to jimmy John’s across academy . It’s a waste of time to go to this subway .
The place is very bad, the attention of the employees was very impolite and rude, they do not serve the public very well and they do not like to answer questions. I do not recommend visiting this place.

I came in yesterday and left my debit card by an accident. I’ve been calling and all they do is take the phone off of the hook so that way the phone has a busy dialtone!!! Horrible horrible customer service now.
Toaster broken, broken AC, out of alot, very limited choices due to toaster being broken. The employee was awesome and deserves a raise!!!

This location has fallen to unimaginable lows. I used to go here and it was always good. NOT ANYMORE! Went there today to get a quick sandwich.. Was greeted with a wave of hot air as I walked inside. It had to be 95degrees inside. I noticed 4 people sitting at a table to the left that appeared to be employees on their break. There was one lady behind the county and she was making sandwiches. No customers in front of me. She said she would be with me in a minute she was busy. No problem.. I figured she was just gonna finish that sandwich and I could order... NOPE... I waited.. And waited.. .and waited..... Finally one of the 4 people sitting on the side called out and told the guy in the back to come out and help.. Which he did. He took my order, made my sandwich and went to the checkout. I showed him my military ID to get the discount. I entered my phone QR code for loyalty program and he told me the total.. I questioned "did you put on the military discount?" to which he replied yes. So I paid the total and got the receipt... Sure enough.. NOPE... No discount. So I showed him that there was no discount and he replied that the computer doesn't let the receipt show a negative so it just shows as $0.00. (which is a ridiculous answer but that's all he had) I went outside and did the total off the receipt.. Yep.. You guessed it. NO discount. I will not be returning to this Subway. There is a Jimmy Johns just down the street.
After ordering my food I was informed bathrooms are for employees only and that my 4 year old couldn’t use their restroom. How is that acceptable?
