Sandwich artist was kind, polite, and efficient. Made an order online for pickup and was ready on time. Hard to find parking at night though, so be ready to walk if you want dinner.

Food is always fresh and great but the tables outside were disgusting they have months old stains on them, they need disinfected painted and definitely cleaned between customers so you can feel like you can eat on them.

This was the quickest visit to subway. Ordered inside, girl was fast with making my sandwich. Got in and out in less that like five minutes. Helped me with the menu, as well.

I was just yelled at by the employee for asking for my second sandwich before she was ready to make it. I apologized and she went off on a rant on me. I simply left. The is just completely unacceptable to be yelled at for ordering a 2nd sandwich. I hope she is mentally okay/ because that was the strangest, most unhinged person to be working. Needless to say, I will never go back to this Subways again!

The food is good and enjoy eating there but every time I order online they always forget ranch, never follow the special request, and I can’t ever tell if it’s toasted or not! Also one of the boys never puts enough spinach. Love the place and the people Especially the Employees but it’s highly disappointing sometimes ☹️

I needed a quick lunch and wanted a place that was consistent. There are many restaurants open and were offering online ordering and pick up. But I decided Subway. The location is great and it was exactly in the area of downtown Colorado Springs that I was in. I wanted to pick it up and go to a nearby park, which I did. I used the app for the first time. I made my selection. I even asked for it to be cut in half. Added ingredients. The next available time to pick up was to be about 24 minutes but since I was nearby I decided to go ahead and walk over. And my wrap was ready and waiting for me early. Which made me super happy. The app was easy to use and check out was just plain simple. The place was spotless. Even with the coronavirus currently an issue, I was able to go in and get my sandwich. The staff was very attentive. They were friendly. They were wearing plastic gloves like always and face masks. I got the BMT wrap, and it was perfect & cut in half. Full of meat. Fresh vegetables. I definitely will return to this location. Much better than the one I usually go to which is on Uintah and 19th. That location is always understaffed and dirty.

Driving around all day and didn't have time for lunch but Subway came to the rescue with their little bites. The turkey and cheese is delish, especialy if you add some jam. The cheese steak and Italian were pretty good. Just the perfect snack to get us to dinner.
