The customer service was terrible. The lady there didn’t look like she knew what she was doing. She was getting upset with me because she didn’t know her breads and kept asking me this one this one after I repeated artisan Italian she kept rolling her eyes. Never coming back

Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had a subway. The girl working was incredibly rude, dismissive, and seemed like she absolutely hated being there. There were barely any veggies after I had asked for more, to which she responded by rolling her eyes at me. I paid with cash, and she responded by saying she couldn’t give me all the change back. When I asked for a receipt she rolled her eyes again, and pointed and the printer and said “it’s right there.”Horrible experience. Love subway, just won’t be back to this one.

My food is mostly fine besides the fact when I asked for Italian herbs and cheese and it's still put on white. I'm also concerned about the staffing it's the same two people every time I go in. There is usually a line to the door and you could be waiting 20+ minutes.I placed an online order for the bogo. My order was cancelled. As I walked inside there was a sign on door saying they are short staffed so they aren't doing bogo. What's the difference between me ordering 2 online vs in person?Edit: I'm not trying to be mean just leaving an honest review.He'll ban you from his store if you leave less than a 3 star. ? I guess you can't warn other people that this will take your whole lunch break to get your food.

Can't make enough sandwiches for a BOGO. So you can't do literally what your business exists to do. Apparently, the owners can't pay a livable wage and keep employees there.

Service: that female working tonight is the worst. Rushes you through your order, sighs, rolls their eyes. If you ask a question, or interrupt their super-fast process!! Jesus, are you a tweaker, high on speed? Re-effin-lax!!! The customer is the priority here. I was the only one in the store. If I see them working next time, I'm driving away. The manager though is top notch!!!

This location has continuously has the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever seen and just horrendous service. The young boy that works there now is always listening to his headphones and when he talks to someone on them, he doesn’t even say anything to you so you’re not sure if he’s talking to you or what. Then he continued with his phone call talking bad about other employees he works with. I’ve had so many bad experiences here but unfortunately my husband works right next to this location so it’s usually one of the only options for him since he only has a 30 minute lunch. Today there was ZERO bread made (at almost 1pm) and no food out, when he walked in no one came to the front for over 5 minutes to even acknowledge him. This place needs a serious makeover with staff. I can’t believe any of them still have a job.

To sum everything up. It was unprofessional. I walked in the store and was greeted by a young man in blue pajama pants and hair that wasn't in a hat or hair net; his hair was long enough to be kept in a ponytail. They were out of almost every bread except white and wheat bread; even those had minimal preparation. They didn't have half the meats they were supposed to and the same goes for the vegetables. None of the chips were stocked. I want to add that I walked in at 10 AM which is when they open, all of this should have been prepped and pre-prepared before opening. I worked at a Subway for 2 years and I have never seen such disorder and mismanagement. To top it all off though, they don't accept coupons, despite having a coupon scanner. I was not able to get sandwiches.

Apparently they don't accept the buy one get one free coupon. I've been using this coupon every month and now I've been told they don't accept that coupon no more. Why send it to customers if you not going to accept it

Ordered on Doordash. Received a 6" rather than 12" on both subs ordered that only had meatballs, missing all other toppings. Both were #6's as listed on the menu.. In summary, wrong size and missing almost every item.
