Okay so Sam’s Club’s food court decided to not have anything available today, so I thought, “where can I feed my fam for cheap and quick?” I knew subway had some promos so I waltzed over inside Walmart and found nobody there. Finally someone shows up, I think it was Michael. He seems thrilled to be working. We got two 5.99 footlongs which were dubbed “pizza” sandwiches but were no more than tomato sauce, onions, and toasted bread. And I had heartburn from this hearty meal. Also got two 6.99 footlongs which were normal.
But my biggest complaint, and I know this will never get to corporate, but why am I paying more for less? It’s not just Subway, but what used to be a 6$ footlong is now up to 14$ plus whatever sides or combos you want.

Waited patiently in line for 10 minutes in line just to have the employee tell me he was out of everything! He obviously didn't want to make the sandwich because I could see all the bread and ingredients

This is the second time I get home and I have ordered 3 meats on my sandwiches and when I get home there is only 1 slice of turkey. So disappointing that they have a silver cover and you can’t even see how they prepare your sandwich, and they just do what they want.

I usually don't do bad reviews and I feel bad about the person whom I am writing this about. But service was so so bad and rude that I had to write one of the howler. Seemed like sandwich artist was little racist or maybe just bad in general. We saw him picking up food that came out from sandwich and putting it back. Anyways, I wish subway will take some action on this.

It was dirty, they were unprepared, slow. Drinks were unprepared and lids were out of stock. And unproper wrapping on sandwiches. Also unsanitary. Something that should have taken two people 6 mins to make and ring up took them 20 mins and they had to keep asking what we ordered. The veggies were not fresh and there was gum stuck under the counter.

like i just wanted a sandwich!! The lady who was there was in the back and made a nasty face like I was interrupting her or something! Not even a hi ! How can I help you! It was the most un please and awkward situation!! Never going there again!
Literally every single item in our order was wrong. What was supposed to be a footling was a 6 inch. Sandwiches that were supposed to have double meat didn't. The worst part was that they refused to make it right. Savannah said that there was a new employee. I guess Savannah couldn't be bothered to actually supervise the new employee and check to make sure they got it right. She was so rude to me that I will never go to this Subway again.

Grubhub drivers beware. The Mexican dude "pablo" (or some other Mexican name), doesn't have a single brain cell to his name. The customer messed up and ordered 2 delivery orders, and I had one. One said "Nicholas r" and one said "Nicholas s" and my app said "Nicholas (." Which was OBVIOUSLY just an app error and he was telling me he couldn't give me either sandwich. This is why he's like 45 years old and still works in fast food. I had to make the other chick call the manager just to force them to hand over one of the orders. 10 minutes of complete bull. I will definitely be telling everyone I know (including my army buddies) not to go to this location. And if you get a grubhub delivery from there just cancel.

I wish I caught the names of the 2 guys working but it was Thurs 11/3 about 430. They were awesome, really nice and accommodating. But the guy who made my sub did it like a pro, I've never had a better one at subway. Usually it looks like it got manhandled before I eat it but this guy was perfect, not too much or little of anything. Very happy
