Came for a quick meal. Waited nearly 30 minutes to be helped. Large to go orders called in and customers inside waiting. A single employee is inside working. The man behind the counter was doing his best to serve and prepare food. Even offered a drink for our wait. He was clearly overwhelmed and doing as much as he could while still being kind. My issue is not with the food nor the service that was provided, but the leadership of this establishment. As a manager, it’s you’re responsibility to keeps things working, maintaining your employees is just as important as keep the lights on.

To high price, I got a veggie sandwich and just lettuce and a few veggies mostly bread and was charged the same price as a meat sandwich, never going back to subway

I asked the guy to change his gloves because he was using the same gloves at the POS then he went back to preparing subs. He had already touched my bread with his dirty gloves so my food was already contaminated. Then when my sub was in the toaster, he was touching his nose and finished my sub.
I've been sick for a week and have to bottles of pesto.
Disgusting place. Don't eat here

I had the BEST Subway experience today! A bald gentleman with a beard (I didn’t catch his name) made me the best sandwich I’ve had in years. I ordered the Subway Club, and he took the time to ask how many slices of cheese I wanted, how toasted, how much sauce—every detail! Because he cared enough to ask, he got it 1000% right. This is now my go-to Subway, and honestly, this gentleman deserves a raise and should be in charge of Subway training nationwide. Outstanding service and an excellent sandwich!

I placed an online order and could tell they were busy. A man with a beard reassured me my order would be ready soon and had great service while in here for only a short time. I am impressed with service and cleanliness.

The gentleman that helped us yesterday was absolutely amazing!
The only complaint I have is that when you tip with your card the staff doesn't receive those tips??
Any place that allows tips should make sure their staff can have their digital tips like they would cash tips. That isn't fair to the staff. I for one, will make sure to have cash for tips on hand from now on

The staff are finely tuned maestros of sandwichry. The wrap technique could not be performed better by a robot built specifically to wrap than it is by the wizards behind the counter at this location.👏👏👏👏👏

I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars. The dude who was working craig refused to make our food because my husband corrected him. He threw a fit like a baby. He also refused to give me a refund. I will never go back to this subway again and I urge everyone to take their business elsewhere. Its shady as hell. Who refuses a customers order over correcting the name and then doesnt even give us our money back. At this point he has stolen from us.
On top of that he made the environment unwelcoming from the start complaining about how he hated his job and life to other customers as we walked in.
