I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars. The dude who was working craig refused to make our food because my husband corrected him. He threw a fit like a baby. He also refused to give me a refund. I will never go back to this subway again and I urge everyone to take their business elsewhere. Its shady as hell. Who refuses a customers order over correcting the name and then doesnt even give us our money back. At this point he has stolen from us. On top of that he made the environment unwelcoming from the start complaining about how he hated his job and life to other customers as we walked in.

Just got done sitting in this subway for over 25 minutes waiting to be served. Upon arrival I saw that there was only one lady in the entire restaurant waiting for her food (which was a pick up order), as well as one person checking out. It took the worker over 20 minuets to figure out what she was doing, check the first person out, make the other lady’s sandwich who was also extremely visibly irritated, and finally get around to helping me.

The sandwich had hair in it! When I called no one answered. And when I went into complain, the black middle-aged gentleman who claimed he was the manager said he could do nothing about it. With the hair in my food rudeness of the staff, the place being an absolute mess. I will never come here again.

Someone please how this girl some help! Sue's working tie counter all by heals with a line of people, incoming online orders, and sodas that need replacing in the fountain. She can't do Ross all by herself! She's doing a great job in the circumstance. And the restaurant needs some basic repair. There's a light in the front corner that's been flickering for literally months (my epileptic girlfriend insists we sit in the farthest opposite corner because of it, which is why we've noticed it persisting for so long), and the menu board on the far right is detaching from the wall. Sold out of cookies and several flavors of chips. Floor tiles are unevenly protruding up at the edges.

Owner came in and said a struggle vet had 3 people walk out. We had a line in lunch I was the only one on the line at the time and he just wanted to watch. Some owner you are. You want your sales to go up with the least amount of labor. You tell us to make the normal turkey into a titan turkey and over charge the customer without there knowledge. This place fail inspection not once or twice but 3 times now that we are under new management with a great manager that cars about the store we finally passed. When I started this place was filthy. At least you got a good manager for here.

I would not recommend this place. They always mess something up with the order or fail to provide the full order. They use old food in our sandwiches, it appears, and they fail to make good sandwiches as well. Horrible service and will not purchase from them again.
