If you need a sandwich they have it.The lemonade is the only real reason I keep coming back.Soup is hit or miss.It's a chain restaurant and this is a pretty strong link in that chain... but at the end of the day things won't get better until they pay their staff like they aren't hiring high schoolers because that's the only people who can work here.Parking: In order to get in here you have to go behind the Starbucks and down a pretty tight alleyway to a separated parking lot shared by a little strip mall like building.I wish Google let me draw a path rather than just marking the entrance on the map because it is confusing to explain here.

The guy with the putple hair was horrible! Worst service ever! When I asked him to cut my tomatoes and cucumbers for my protein bowl he picked them up by the stack and tore them apart. Normally the other nicer gentleman that works there cuts them in fours. I now have ripped chunks of tomatoes and cucumbers that I will cut myself. I come here a lot and have never experienced such poor customer service!???

I went here yesterday afternoon. It was dead and the only guy at the counter was amazing! The non carbonated drink I got (watermelon, cucumber, etc) tasted a little off and my rotisserie chicken had an off taste as well. But, not going to lie I still ate my sandwhich.

I ordered two sandwiches for pick up, both were missing toppings that had been added at additional cost (mozzarella on one and bacon on the other). This is the only subway in town that I consistently have issues with my order.
I go in for my lunch break sometimes, and every single time the emo guy who works there has his girlfriend sitting at a table. He rudely helps me after I interrupted his woman's time, and forced him to leave the table with her to help me, then he goes right back to the table to sit with her, after I pay... Time theft in my opinion, Do employees not have things todo between customers? With all his free time with his woman maybe he could be cleaning or something. But he is babysat by her every time I walk there.

Bread so stale I was ripping at it with my teeth like it was over done dry beef. Guy over toasted my husband's sandwich. Half the produce was going bad and lettuce was pink. Only person who seemed to care about having fresh bread in the morning was the woman who clocked in at 10am. The guy before her just kept using old product and didn't seem to care. The woman was rushing to get fresh cookies made and fresh bread made.

Stood in line behind more than 20 people for well over half an hour. While the only person in the store tried desperately to keep up. When I finally got to the front They were out of everything but white or wheat bread. Don't waste your time at least until they can get enough staff to be able to produce
