I went into Subway hoping for some fast and healthy food. I ordered one footlong and a dipper, explain to me why I was in there for about 20 minutes. Obviously this guy was new, which I held some grace for. But when he cut my sandwich and spilled out everything, and then couldn't get the dippers inside of the bag. I don't think you should be working there. I love Subway and it was disappointing for this to happen. Not to mention I was the only one there, hate to see this guy have a line

Manager has problems and his employees need to focus on attending one person at a time I was waiting for over 25 minutes and I ask them if they can charge me so I can go back to my job and manager started going crazy on me. Now I see why they have bad reviews.

EMPLOYEE ABUSE. PLEASE READ.
This evening, my brother and I went to the Austin Bluffs location.
There was one kid working there all alone, which first of all is NOT SAFE and unfair to the employee who is expected to complete many many tasks.

The young man’s name was Timmothy and was so kind, patient, and giving us the best service he could while also getting web orders together and serving customers coming into the store. ALL ALONE.

At one point, the phone was ringing and I told him we will wait so that he could answer the call. He was thankful and respectful and went to answer the call. Moments later he comes out and let us know that he had JUST BEEN FIRED for not answering the phone in time.

I am beyond mad and saddened for this kid. How DARE they. A week from Christmas, and making him work all alone. I’m not one to make a stink about things but this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. The Colorado Springs franchise should be ashamed, and embarrassed. The manager should be fired for mistreating an employee so poorly. Maybe come in and answer the phone your damn self. HORRIBLE leadership. I would like a response.

Staff is always great and kind however they are always understaffed out front.
Always someone in the back and only a single employee with a huge line! People leave often because the wait is so long! Including today again.
I feel for the staff. They need help!

Ordered online on a Tuesday 2 hours before closing time of 10. I walk towards the subway and see someone leave and lock the door. They closed almost 2 hours early and saw me standing outside while they were getting into their car. They didn't say a word to me or acknowledge me. They just let me sadly stare into the empty store looking for my "finished" sandwich.

I ordered 3 sandwiches online. When I got to the location the worker told me they didn't have Tuna to fulfill my order. I asked if I could be refunded just the 1 sandwich that they did not have. The worker told me they couldn't do refunds. I do not order anything else there so I asked what I could do? He told me I had to call the manager the next day. I called multiple times and noone answers at this location. So I just basically gave them money for a sandwich I never received.

I wouldn’t go to this location it gave me and my husband food poisoning and my husband is in the hospital from an infection we started feeling sick the day after we had subway from here, they do not properly store there veggies the lettuce looked frozen all the Tupperware they had the veggies in looked frozen!!

Do yourself a favor and do not order from here. We have tried this place twice now and both times the experience was the same. This location is not properly managed as both times there were not enough workers and they were out of product. This last time there was only one worker there and it took 1 hour 10 minutes to get my sandwich. Keep in mind that this was at dinner time in the middle of the week, not some off hour. Order from some other Subway until they get new management who can clean uptheir product and staff scheduling.

This location is always out of something I can see running out of something here and there, but I just tried to go there and the doors were literally locked and the girl came to the door, and told me that they were out of bread! What? How do you run out of bread at a sandwich shop at 2:30 on a Saturday? I'm done
