It’s is always hectic, never opens on time and one day you come she takes coupons next she does not. Prices always change oh we charge extra for this or that and it will display something different. Not a consistent atmosphere it is all over, that is why there is a new person everyday. Sandwich are made in a rush and sloppy as they are put on together. I have been saving my recipes to show I order the same thing but it is never the same price anything for a up sale. Just sad to see who they have as their leadership.

They need to find a new manager. She does not know anything and then reams the workers for not knowing things. Very unorganized and acting frantic when it isn't that busy. Packed my husband's cold sandwich, My hot sandwich waited for 5 minutes while she ran around doing stuff for pick ups that weren't there to b picked up yet. So busy worrying about everyone else and she messed up on our sandwich. Demanding other workers to help her when the workers were helping us. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been going in for several months now and Sila is always there and makes my sandwich perfect. Now you can read the other reviews and get mixed feelings about this location. Personally, I prefer to have my sandwich made in a timely manner, but I’ve noticed other people complain about them being made “too fast” on these reviews??
I’ve seen firsthand the wild online orders that these workers have to make, but they never complain or judge. They also have quite a few delivery orders and treat those people well and trust me I have seen rude delivery pickup people.
Takeaways: 1. Most times when I come in, there is a significant line, but it always gets cleared up in a reasonable amount of time. 2. If you want a slowly made sandwich and want to complain about employees doing their job, then this isn’t the location for you lol!

Sila is always pleasant and know my family, and our orders. Place is always clean! Food is great!
Shorter lady with black hair always seems to be in a rush every time we go in to the store even when store is empty. She always makes sandwiches sloppy and never fully listens before asking “what else” or “how can i help”, she is incredibly rude to the new learning employees which makes it uncomfortable for all of us including other employees.. She always is yelling from the back of the store before coming to the counter to give you polite customer service. While being in the store for maybe 10 minutes she continuously told the new employee infront of customers to “be better” because “she doesn’t want to work and he needs to be the best”, which it was clearly his first or second shift there.
