The owner is inconsiderate of the customer in front of her. I came in for a simple lunch sandwhich, and the owner kept running her poor employee around in chaos for this bigger order. She then approached me and explained my order was causing issues for her “bigger” one. Next time I will go to Jimmy John’s for my 30 minute lunch break because they are freaky fast.

This is the best subway. My husband just went to pick up our order and the lovely lady working , sila or ceela (I’m so sorry I’m not sure how to spell your name), was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for working today despite the snowy weather. The food and service is outstanding.

Went at lunch time...2 man show....very busy....had few veggies in my sub cause they where just tossed on there in a hurry.....had 3 people in front of me and we were all waiting to check out, but the lady would not stop till all the subs were ready.....

Don't go here. The hours on their door state they open at 8am. I arrived at 8:35am and they were closed. No sign on the door as to why they were still closed. Worthless business management.

The Subway in Rockrimmon is absolutely amazing! Their support for local schools and sports is phenomenal. It’s so refreshing to see local businesses supporting local kids and programs and giving back.

This Subway location was incredibly supportive of the Air Academy football team this season. They would have our sandwich orders for the team ready to go no matter the time. Not the worst subway in the world,
They had one poor kid working the entire place at lunchtime.
But they aren't participating in any of the franchise deals including the ones on their app. Makes for a SUPER confusing experience. :/

The owner and manager here is absolutely doing illegal things in accordance to subway policy. She charged me 2.99 extra to change rotisserie chicken to diced chicken and explained the charge to me that i had to pay for bacon. It’s a chicken bacon ranch. Be careful of some of these owners because they are franchisees. Even though it is 3 dollars that 3 dollars can make a difference to someone. This owner is making up her own rules to squeeze every lemon dry. Also she had horrible customer service skills including hanging up on me when calling to question as well as disputing my opinion when physically driving to the store. People like her should not be running a franchise. Shaking my head. I hope subway audits you lady.

Also said she doesn’t care what other stores do. Called 4 other stores said they would not charge extra. This owner is funny.
