I work in the area and would frequent this place if the service was tolerable. The same employee who made my sandwich last time was very unwelcoming today. We walked in and he did not smile, greet us or even show any emotion when I walked up. He was incredibly slow last time and we did not want to deal with that today. I can deal with someone who is slow and friendly. But an unwelcoming jerk and slow? You definitely lost business today.

Everytime we order we usually tip a decent amount. We have gotten the same Girl who makes our orders and she barely puts anything on our sandwiches everytime! She literally put two cucumbers on a FOOT LONG. She spoke to my husband like he's a driver when he went to pick up our order and was extremely rude. I sure hope that's not how she speaks to her fellow coworkers. We have stopped tipping as our sandwich is mostly break with very very VERY little on it. I understand trying to preserve ingredients but this is a rip off for the sandwiches we have been getting. If I wanted to just eat bread I'd get it from my pantry. Not impressed.

They are everything one expects from a Subway, and they're quick and friendly. It's almost never too crowded so you can get your order pronto.

Be aware this Subway does not take part in any of the advertised deals. I placed an order online and paid for it. When I went to go pick up the subs, I was told my order was cancelled because they don’t do promotions. Won’t be returning to this location

Server Josh was nice and was great to talk to. Sub was great, and had all the toppings I wanted. Reason I gave it 3 stars is the owner. The owner actually should have 0 stars or negative -5 stars. I went online to order and signed up for Subway to make it easier to order in the future. This specific subway store on 6880 Centennial Blvd in Colorado Springs does NOT offer any specials. If you want to get the current special right now which is buy one footlong sub, and get the second sub at 50% or get a regular foot long sub for $5.99, this specific subway location does NOT offer that, they do not participate in this like the other subway stores do. Obviously, the owner does not care about great customer service and putting in effort to retain returning customers. Owner just cares about how much money he can make and put in his pocket, and trying to get as much money out of the customers as he can!
The Josh's and the girl are awesome, always friendly and inviting, I stop by at least once a week. The food is always fresh especially the bread, and the cookies are always soft. Cleanest location I have ever been to and I think they're the best in the Springs. Worth any drive to get here. Just wish they'd bring back Swiss cheese and Honey Oat bread.

Ordered a sandwich for lunch today & im pretty sure the bread was moldy. I couldn’t even eat the sandwich. I took 2 bites before I tasted definite mold.

Kid-friendliness: The person who waited on us was absolutely rude and this isn’t the first time he’s been rude we live in the neighborhood and multiple people have commented about his attitude
