Ordered online, accidentally ordered at this location instead of the one close to my house. We’ve ordered from this location before when we were out of town, This one is 30-45 min away from me. We then called for 30-45 min to cancel the order and get a refund. No one ever answered and we had to go through their “AI” on their website to get a refund request. Worst service ever.

Ordered on the app for pick up prior to a double header for our son. Was very disappointed when it came time for lunch. You can see why in the pictures below. They didn’t even bother to put more then half of requested ingredients on our sandwiches. Shows lack of detail and customer satisfaction. Don’t order for pick up at this place. Guess you have to watch them do their one job. Tried to reach out to management/owner never heard back.

The owners of this location should be ashamed. Per all the other reviews recently, Tyler is great and doing an amazing job! Why is it that he’s the only worker any time I’m in there? I work in the center and no matter what, he’s alone, during lunch rush hour. Do better for him, and your store. 10/10 for Tyler doing good, 1 star because it doesn’t affect Tyler.

This poor guy was all by himself but he kept a good pace and got all of our sandwiches to us, as ordered, in a reasonable amount of time. He needs a raise and a at least one coworker to help him out.

There is no reason there should be 1 person working. Every time I go the store is always full and there's just one person making sandwhiches. It's not fair to them and it takes 30+ minutes even if you make an online order
Why is the bread always so dry and hard? We had to take the fillings out and eat it without bread.

I give this place a zero star rating. I have never been so disrespected and fast food in my whole life first when we got there there was no customers and he hlmade us wait because he was prepping bread which I understand that’s part of your job but Customer always comes first. You can do that when you don’t have a customer, I will not come back here and the food wasn’t that great avoid this location. They’re slow they are rude . Also, if you do online order and they have a line of customers, they will not even make your online order until all the customers have been served first you’re a paying customer regardless if it’s online or in person, you said she treat that as if they were online, don’t make them wait on your hand and foot

Came in at 1:12am and The lady with the colored blue and purple hair made our sandwich’s really good. I’m so happy because it’s hard to find places in the springs open late and are decent.. but this subway will be the main one I go to now because of her. Good Sammie’s!!!!
