Honestly I feel badly for the staff every time I eat at this particular location next to King Soopers. Their crew does not even try to fake a smile when taking orders anymore. It is tangibly clear that everybody absolutely hates working at this particular Subway and find every customer a nuisance per taking time away from playing on their smartphone. The high turnover rate of employees here is shocking due its ongoing problems from its opening. Take your business to the nearest Chĕba Hut instead where customers are met with at least a tiny degree of dignity/enthusiasm. Good luck!

How are you out of certain ingredients? That should never happen. And the girl seemed lazy, like she was bugged I asked her to microwave my chicken first, then also toast it. She acted like she didn't hear me. And sighed when I asked again.

They were out of 2 cheeses, the meat balls were old. So they made one sandwich with old meat balls. Then made me wait while they warmed a large container of meat balls in the microwave. I asked if they could just warm enough for my sandwich. She told me no, and then laughter at me. It was 6 pm when I got there. They also ran out of bread. How do you not have bread at 6pm. And then laugh at me while I wait. I won't be back.

They mess up your order. They don't pick up the phone when you try to call them and tell them they messed up your order. They pick up the phone and hang it up when you try to call when they have a mess of your or no. That is unprofessional. I ordered a sweetheart Chicken teriyaki. They gave me a Steak Sweet and sour teriyaki. Sub Didn't get my monster or my chips. And nobody won't pick up the phone or anythank. This is terrible customer service that goes to show a lot of restaurants in Colorado. Do not care about their food or how they Present it you supposed to be proud of your food and what you make. I'm still trying to get my Refund Cause that was nasty how are you mess up all of the subs In one order we have perfect instructions.

Bread was dry as a bone. Pretzel and churro were dry as well. You'd think such a profitable company could afford humidifiers or could throw out dry bread and keep stuff fresh. The bread is dry about half the times I've gone to Subways in the last ten years and not fresh. Why I go less and less.

Ordered via DoorDash, then got a redelivery - they got my order wrong twice in a row!Went over to the Constitution & Circle Subway, walked out with the right sandwich. Not sure if they're high on shift, or just incompetent.Sandwich did NOT match the receipt.

Wow! Your employee Amanda is fantastic! There were 3 or 4 orders she needed to prepare before mine so she was so courteous to mentioned it and told me it would not take long. She welcomes people when they walk in the door and she is quick preparing the subs. She is so detail oriented , the subs are beautiful. I explained that I had allergies and she was so careful not to cross contaminate. It’s New Year’s Eve and she was supposed to close at 8 but she stayed open to service the customers. She was so kind to everyone. I hope you appreciate her. Love this location!

We ordered delivery on a Friday night and after waiting over an hour with three diff drivers transferring our order this is what we received. Basically half the amount of a six inch for a foot long and 90% of our toppings missing. Why even send this out? What a joke. Won’t be ordering from here again, and I suggest you dont if you want to get what you ordered

Gentleman that was helping us this evening, had a positive attitude, and was respectful and nice. He was by himself getting multiple online orders and customers in store ordering. Still gave his costumers good customer service!

There is only 1 person working which is insane. I stood in line by myself for 15 minutes and was told I had to wait while he finished the online orders. Pathetic service. Never coming back.
