tyler is less than satisfactory
There was a worker at the register, laughing and joking around with 3 young men and one worker walked past me while I was reviewing and he started making sandwiches for an online order. No one said, hello, welcome to subway or I will be right with you. I stood there for 3 minutes. When I started walking out, the 3 young men were still laughing and joking with the young lady at the register.
The sandwiches are never correct when you order them. Went in at 8:50pm told they were closed?? Worst location in the city by far. Frequently out of ingredients and always refuse to refund. Pressure for tips with poor service.
I will never go to any subway because of this one and the fact corporate won't return a message. We ordered online and Tyler screwed up 2 of our sandwiches. We brought them and the receipt back and he called us scammers because he won't admit he sucks at his job. when the chicken bacon ranch sub doesn't have bacon and the club only has bacon there is something wrong.

MAN YHIS BY THE BEST SUBWAY IVE BEEN TOO IN TOWN PERIOD. Amy is new and is a super sweet AND helpful gal! Like gosh she was awesome! Had good energy and service. Some of the other ones in town had the EXACT OPPOSITE! Everyone else should take note from this locationđŻđ„
After having a poor experience at the academy location subway, I stopped at this one instead. My online order was completed very quickly and essentially ready when I walked, both workers at the counter were kind and friendly, AND the sandwich was delicious! A complete 180 from my experience at the other location. This will be my new go to location when I am craving subway.
I really thought i would give this place a second chance after the first time i had a bad experience. I'm never visiting this subway again. The employees just get worse. Rude, unattended, wouldn't even help the other employee that obviously had no idea what she was just doing. My bread was over toasted, no vegetables to choose from when asked for extra olives she said its 4 olives a footlong. Seriously waste of time and my money.
Multiple issues different times. Sandwich not properly made at all. I highly recommend thinking about a different place.
I have an eaten at this particular subway in many years. The main reason being that they began skimping on the fixings. while I understand the need to save money.If you're getting a vegetarian sandwich with only vegetables, there should be actual vegetables on it and not comprised of mostly bread.
I decided to give it another try and when I walked in, unlike previous times I was not greeted. with one young man behind the counter I waited for him to finish with a customer.
I ordered a sandwich that had meat on it. And ask him to warm the meat. when he took the meat out of the microwave. Not only was it still ice cold, but he placed it's the plastic heating container bottom down on the open sandwich on top of the fixins. that tray was disgustingly dirty. Talk about cross contamination. When I got the sandwich home, i discovered just how cold that is, the meat was. That will be my last visit to that particular Subway. As a senior the last thing I need is food poisoning.

horrible service, dude was in there taking his time, bro looked high and was being very lazy and soon as i start ordering i ask for jalapeños and he gave me 3, i ask for more and he says no bc he wonât have enough for other people..? like what i asked nicely could you go to the back and get more and he said âno, im busyâ bro what? your serving me! He had crazy attitude after that super unprofessional
Never get order wrong and they are always very friendly
They didnât have any chicken salad. They didnât have their ghost pepper bread. Anything asked for they didnât have unfortunately bad experience.
Sandwich came out looking better than I've seen at a Subway in a while (already ate half). Cookies were good, too!
Charged Me For Food I Never Even Received, I Ordered Through The App Only To Go To The Restaurant And Never Receive My Food. On Top Of That I Got Charged The Full Amount Of Money For It. When Asked For A Refund They Told Me To Call Customer Support, I Then Found Out That The Customer Support Line Was Taken Out Of Service.
