The lady that was working today was extremely rude no greeting when we walked in and she didn’t acknowledge that I was standing in line for five minutes. Then she asked me what I wanted. I told her I won’t lie of everything especially the Sauce and she overdid it with attitude will not be going back to this restaurant again, cleanliness is important to all the tables were dirty. It was slow at the restaurant, and the environment was horrible.

I would not recommend this subway the red haired lady was very rude and did not look up once had a very bad attitude and was very rude when we had more then two sandwiches my whole family including my two year old son got food poisoning for this subway don't go.

I gave the Service at three because she was clearly the only one there, and was so backed up that it wasn’t her fault but she could’ve been a little nicer. It seemed like we were an inconvenience to her. The veggies looked like they’ve been sitting out for a long, long time I’ve never seen a subway. Look this bad. When we got our food home, it tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. I will not return to that subway.

Came here around dinner time for something quick and for starters, the lady working the counter didn’t have time to look up from a 2 sandwich online order and acknowledge my family and I. The lady not only must be on some sort of narcotic, but has a horrible attitude at the same time. My family and I were splitting 2 sandwiches, she then proceeds to take almost 20 minutes to complete the grand total of 4 sandwiches. The lady didn’t know her oven wasn’t on, one of the sandwiches looks smushed, the list goes on. Subway has been going down hill for quite some time and you’d think they’d be doing a better job mitigating locations like this, especially when a footlong is over $10 now! Disgusting, I’ll be surprised if my family and I don’t get sick from this place.

Walked in tonight and wasn’t greeted at all and waited standing there for 5 minutes while the 2 employees were making sandwiches for an online order. Wouldn’t have been an issue if I had gotten a “hello we will be right with you” but instead I was met with silence and awkward eye contact. Will not be returning solely for the lack of customer service.

They had advertising all over the store and on their menu for the new footlong pretzel, but when I tried to order the response was "we don't have that today." At least put up a sign of notification if you're going to advertise something but not have it in stock. Top it off, the sprite syrup needed to be changed out - sprite from the machine was aweful and they had no sprite bottles in the fridge.

The subs here are always well made and as the order says. However, I don't recommend ordering online here, considering on the regular whenever its farily busy you'll most likely be the last person to receive your order regardless of what time you ordered or needed it.

2 times in the last 2 weeks we have gone in, Cade has been the only one working during the dinner rush. With a huge line and multiple online orders coming through, he has been calm and very apologetic about the situation. He even manages to keep the store clean through all of the chaos. We appreciate the hard work he puts into his work each time we come in.

Food has always been great and service is amazing, but tonight there was only one guy working and he was swamped with orders from online and in store customers. The gentleman did great and kept his cool 10/10, but he or anybody should not be left alone I hope staffing gets figured out. Thanks Subway and the cool guy tonight!

Went to get a sub and four workers decided to go on break at the same time and leave one person to do the line by themselves. They sat there and watched us all wait without moving to help their co-worker.Waited 20 min without getting served and left. It is one thing to be patient when you are short staffed but to sit there and see that the line is not moving and do nothing about it is horrible.

One bread, no ingredients and one poor young man working. Who is running this place and why is it even open? Two walked out behind us and the worker was relieved.

I made an order in the app at 310 the order said it would be ready at 330. I go to pickup the order because it said it was ready. I go in and the order was not ready, in fact, the lady working ignored me, at this point someone else can in also looking to pick up their order and it also wasn’t there. I asked her about my order and she said I have to wait. She kept waiting on people that were coming in and not fixing my food. I had to get in line in order for her to fix my food. It took so long to get my food and when I order in the app and I wait and it says done then it should be done. I shouldn’t have tp wait pr deal with a rude, disgruntled employee. This is the second time this has happened. This happened last time I was here as well only she stopped to make my sandwiches, this time she had an attitude and kept waiting on people that walked through the door while I just stood there waiting for my food. If this doesn’t change I will quit going to this restaurant. This is terrible customer service! I went in at 330 to pick up my food and didn’t get food until 420. Almost an hour to pick up my food. And not to mention I couldn’t get my sons sandwich because “they were out of meatballs “.. This is ridiculous!!!!

Visiting from out of town… rather hard to get to, but with gps, got there. Skimpy hogie. Not a lot of choices for sandwich.
