A poorly run franchise that literally had no meatballs, no bread, no cheese, no lettuce, and a single employee trying to apologize to 5 different groups of people trying to get sandwiches- then all of them simply leaving. After waiting for thirty minutes to get the order- went home to find that even the attempts and subs were wrong from top to bottom. How is this place open? I would have simply left as well, but made the unfortunate decision to order online… tried to choke down a sub with what I think was spinach- ended up with 4 hours of heartburn and an upset stomach. Might need to call the health inspector just to make sure nobody else gets sick from this place.Hopefully this place will close soon to make way for an actual business that serves excellent food- instead of a comically bad franchise that might be some kind of a front.

Listen only giving this review to hopefully get the only employee some help!! Food is good but I understand there's only so much 1 man can do hopefully managment will see this and atleast hire a couple more employees.

Been here twice at lunchtime, both times there was only a single employee working. Second time there was only a family of three and a single car in the drive-thru in front of me, and I clocked it at 33 minutes from time in the door to leaving with my to-go order. They are losing business as others behind me in line were leaving without ordering.Go to the Jimmy Johns down the road instead, they seem to be able to competently staff it.

I'm a subway goer, so I usually give some grace. But this is for the manager... one too many times there's only one worker there for the lunch rush hour. Today the bread that I got was as hard as a crouton. So I ate a crouton sandwich. The worker there was nice and doing the best she could with the line all by herself! Not sure the manager cares about this business. I would go to a different subway

95% of the time, it is fun to talk to them allways greet and have a pretty chilled attitude. Food is MUCH better than most subways ive been to, not drippy, dont fall apart, ect.. , very fast and kind people!

Went here at 9:40PM (20 minutes till close) Asian guy with tattoos had the store locked and closed. I hope the owner can see this and take disciplinary actions towards this guy, he's taking money away from the owner, the business and potentially other employees. Why say you're open till 10PM and lock the doors at 9:40PM? ( I wouldn't be surprised if he had locked the store sooner too then when I got there)

We went online a ordered subway... we called 5 minutes later to find the order had not arrived. We called again to hear only one other order (Eric) had arrived at Interquest location. We decided to go somewhere else since we did not want to reorder! Today, I was checking our balance and Subway charged us! Yesterday! We called them and they hung up on us. We called again to ask about the charge and to speak to the manager. She said to go online to Subway. You cannot talk with anyone!! No one answers! We posted and no Email response! We were charged $19.04 cents! We will never go to Subway again. Poor Customer service. We just wanted our money back on our credit card! Beware!! Of online Subway!

Went in to order two subs. Was told iit would be 30 minutes to a hour before they could take our order. They had a big orde to fill.. If they can't take walk in orders, they should just lock the door, until they are finished filling the large order. And not be so rude when we told we would have to wait..

No fault to the guy working because he was extremely friendly. Just why have a drive through if you are only going to have 1 person working the store.

Ordered a salad/vegi bowl and the lady barely filled the bowl halfway with spinach. I asked for more and she rudely said no. I do not recommend this Subway. I didn't even get meat. She could have put another handful of spinach in the bowl. I will not be back to this location.

Under new management, and getting much better! More quality trained employees, and fresher food. Much better experience overall than in the last year, and continues to get better, week after week.
