Every time I go into this location is too young men that in there can’t really think of their name, but they are so awesome. Always make my sandwich with perfection and if it’s not the location on Woodman cause that’s the location I’m talking about on Woodman in Colorado Springs they are amazing. My sandwich is always made to perfect perfection. The vegetables is always fresh. They always have a pleasant attitude about themselves. I just love this place specially on my days. I really don’t feel like cooking.

Awful, just awful. First off, worker looked like he hated his job, 0 customer service. I asked for things on half the sandwich and as you can see not even close to half, I ended up with maybe 4in of my part of the sandwich. I asked for light black olives and guy pours half the container on our sandwich. I would like a refund or for the managers to do something about this. Awful experience

Went in to order food and told the lady I wanted a kids meal at the end of the transaction she didnt ring me up for one and then told me a kids meal was an online purchase only so I had to go and finish my son's meal at another place while at the store another customer was complaining about another issue with her 2 complaints at once is no good

Ordered online and did pickup and got an empty sandwich. Only one meatball? Don't go here or support this theft!

Ordered a meatball sub on door dash and got 1 SINGULAR meatball. If y'all can't handle online orders you should just turn them off instead of robbing people.

Corporate doesn't have a number to call and won't reply to the contact. I'm giving every subway a 1* because of how rude Tyler at the woodman store was. He made our orders wrong and we brought them back with the receipts. Still wouldn't make make them right

They have this new manager there and she is absolutely amazing, I literally made sure to take her picture after I got permission so you know if you see her in there you’re going to get great service, and she cares about freshness and presentation. Which for me is everything
I really hate when they be putting those shaggy and bruised vegetables on my sandwich …… it grosses me out.
But she works there like she cares about it
So my head is off to her !
Yeah subway for actually finding a person who cares about the workday produce and then promoting her in a place of leadership. Keep your eyes on her because she’s gonna go far.

The employee was definitely working by himself. He was working on a pickup order, didn't welcome us in for starters. We ordered 2, 6-inch subs & it took over half an hour to get these done after finally taking the order. The guy couldn't even remember what we asked for on the sandwiches, seconds after telling him. He was playing with the vegetables while waiting for our sandwiches to cook instead of addressing any of the other 4+ customers in the shop. The food itself was just disappointing, not up to quality, and very skimped. Maybe 2 singular cuts of veggies even when asked for more.

Nice clean eviroment and good food. The food quality was fresh. But the customer service could use a little work. The gal was talking to her co-worker after I came in. She kept me waiting for service while sitting there talking to him. Thats not very professional and can waste a customers time. Other than that she did good and made the food excellent!

Ordered via the app which said the order would be ready by 625 (arrived at 610). At 640 I was told the computer was shut off earlier and they never received my order. They told me to go through the app to get a refund (that option doesn't exist) or to call my bank and get a refund that way.
Short staffed and no current manager was the excuse for not making my food but still charging my card. Good business plan if going out of business is their plan.
After a refund, we will not support this business location.
