A couple of weeks ago I went to this location. The manager was yelling at the employee working there in front of me. She seemed almost proud to be yelling at him. She was in some sort of meltdown about the meatballs. He is always so nice when I go in there so this was really disturbing.
In the last year this location has really gone downhill. They are always understaffed, out of bread, out of iced tea, tuna and meatballs, etc.
Today's visit resulted in me walking out after the manager shouted from the back saying: I'll be right with you. We are having a problem. Can you smell that? Something is backing up in here.
I looked at the bread on their trays which were stacked directly on top of each other, squishing the stack and the bottom of the pans were resting right on the bread.
I'm done going to this location. Gross.

Thank you Joy! She went above and beyond to make 49 box lunches for our team building event last week. She was friendly to talk to over the phone, reassured us she could and would make the large order that day! The lunches were nicely prepared and packaged in a box and were yummy! She even drove one bag of sandwiches that were forgotten by the third party delivery person to make sure all the sandwiches were there on time. Thank you!

I have taken veggie sandwiches 3 times at this place and all the time had very bad experiences, one time there was too much sauce like the whole bottle was on our sandwich the next time asked for eggs and even after asking it was not added this time and it is going to be my last time the herbs and cheese sandwich which is veggie tasted like meat not sure why and I suspect the bread dough is mixed with some kind of meat.

I am honestly so upset in my spirit that I cant eat my sub! Made so priscely...but with so much HATE and hurt, I just dont know what to think! Im sick on my stomach! I understand a traumatic past, almost all of us have had a traumatic past and you never know what someone is going through, but that is no excuse to treat people who are trying to be kind poorly. I about lost my cool! Definitely NOT made my way by Ashley, and I hope somebody higher up watches how she acted. Just further dissapointed me with this location and will drive farther to the lovely ladies off North gate, who I dont trigger with kindness!

The tall blond working was absolutely awful , rude and seem inconvenienced the second we walked in the door. Rolled her eyes , hair was all over her face and snapped at my son over having to repeat that that didn’t have chicken breast. I could go on about how awful she was. If you have cameras, I would advice pulling them up ! Needless to say we left as she was yelling at us !
