I love subway, but this subway was the worst i've ever been to. They are so unprepared and unprofessional as managers yelled at customers. It took 20 min to get 2 sandwiches and it was the worst customer service.The only professional one was the one with a slight beard and tattoos all over. jeff was the slow one and didn't give me my receipt when i asked several times for it, he tried to charged me for a foot long and the food wasn't fresh. i couldn't even eat my sandwich i threw it away. wouldn't recommend

The manager was very unfriendly and unwelcomingly and took little care into making my sandwich. Nothing was readily and stocked and left without lids because of it.

Giving is 1 star because I can't give it no stars. Worst experience I've had at any subway. Ever. They didn't have spinach, marinara, American cheese, and many other items, they were very VERY slow, and they all seemed like their minds were on another planet. I go to subway often, because it is a healthier option when trying to get something fast to eat. But I will not go back to this one unless they hire a better staff and learn how to order inventory properly.

Orderd a Spicey Itallian salad and they pulverized it. Never buying here again. I've bought many of these salads at other subways and love them, but this one was disgusting.

What was said of the red shirted manager was not the character of a manager and very unprofessional. Not only did you not allow a fellow employee to explain themselves but you didn't even adhere to any type of argument set against you and your practices. The fact that you expect a "yes, sir" answer from your customers and treat them like their methods during your work time are ineffective and insufficient when regarding your time and effort. The fact that you won't even professionally handle a situation that calls for you to be a manager and alter your employees practices before they make the mistakes. The fact that you are getting agitated with an customer who is stepping and voicing their concerns with you and what they find wrong with you after their first minute of stepping up to your location. All these show that you have become lazy and comfortable in your quote "20 years" of being at Subway and when a manager is to up in the clouds to not even listen to his workers concerns change needs to be made.

Would not take my son's coupon because they are in a mall? Citadel Mall took it yesterday. Plus, they are always talking about how tired they are when I go through the line and they look at me like I am making them work hard. Ugh!

Go to ANY of the other food court options!!! Not this one. Staff made us feel like we were offending them for placing an order. Gave no vocal responses to anything we asked. Completely unpleasant. They made SURE to double charge me extra cheese....for two measly triangles?! And I had to mention the combo deal multiple times before they re-rang our order. Tried to charge us extra. AVOID!!

VERY skimpy sandwiches. Charged $1.00 for extra cheese on a veggie sandwich (every other subway in town includes that on a veggie. I order the same thing every time). The employees were very nice, no complaints there.

One word Terrible. Usually it is okay, like three stars. Today was one. The employee was very rude. I asked for extra jalapenos like I do every other Subway, and he raised his voice saying, "That is all I can give you!!!". One, no need to raise your voice!! Two, charge me extra then. Which I had to mention. They are very very strict on quantity of condiments. Stay away and go to a real subway.
