The big red headed/blonde lady that works here is extremely weird and rude. Looking at the other reviews this place shouldn’t still be in business.

This is the second time in six months the I came in this location. Each time I’ve been here the blonde woman, I think her name is Anna always has a bad attitude when I’m here. She was moving too fast for me to keep up with the order and. I told her I’d tell her when she got to that step. She walked away and refused to serve me. Why does someone have to work with the public if they can’t handle communicating in a healthy way?

Bread is hard as a rock - meat is ice cold on a steak sandwich. It’s super clear when you’re pulling bread out that it’s old and you serve it anyway? This is too expensive to be serving people crappy food.

Make sure you smell your sandwich before you leave. I ordered turkey and it was sour like rotten salmon. It was so pungent you could smell it outside the wrapper. 🤢

Woman in front very rude and confrontational. My order was missing and was told not her fault that their orders just go missing. Got mad and yelled “well you’re going to have to wait so I can remake it” which wasn’t an issue to begin with. Another customer came it to pick up order and their order was also missing sandwiches and she got mad and yelled again that she needs to be able to catch up. When asked about talking to a manger she refused to give any information. Unpleasant experience, non existent customer service, and overall they need to look at a cleanliness inspection and start with their employees.

Ordered online lady argued with me that door dash took my order and it’s not there issue people come steal food all the time. Hygiene is a huge issue at this location also.

I love paying $14 for a sandwhich that is made on the hardest bread possible and thank goodness I didn’t get it toasted it would be rock solid at that point… how do you make a sub knowing - - - - well that the bread you just pulled out was hard and definitely old at that…. You’re better than that subway … and of course it’s the one time I get food to go and can not go back ….

Rude lady. We had 6 people in our group and got told that we had to order online because 6 people are considered a catering event. We ended up having to break our party into two groups to get food. Then a group of 7 guys come in and the lady doesn't tell them it's a catering event and she takes their order while my group has to order online. This location is very rude I do not recommend this place, they are racist.

Hadn't been at this location in a while. Have been here before and was always good sandwiches and were made well. Tonight 6/7/25 the service was not good. Only one person working she had bad attitude.and was a little sloppy looking. Out of Italian herbs and cheese bread. She said the day shift didn't make any idk why. The work area where sandwiches are was dirty. Not so sure I'll return to that location.
