Guy serving us was rude and treated us as if we were stupid. He didn’t know his own menu and the workspace was dirty. He made our sandwiches well, but was not friendly at all.

I don't know if it's because of the fact that I used to work at three separate locations when I was younger. During the Golden era of subways. But every time I go to one of these places I'm very disappointed at the mediocre food and experience.

The bald manager with tattoos is disrespectful to the customers and employees who should not be in the position of power he is. He completely ruined my wife’s order and did everything in his power to make it everyone else’s fault.

The guy working today, Tony, was very condescending and rude to everyone in line. Definitely not a friendly welcoming experience. We were all definitely a major inconvenience to Tony for being in there today.

Today I had the best experience I've probably ever had at a Subway. This store is super clean and nice but Jennifer made this experience the best. She made our sandwiches quickly and to perfection and was SO nice and friendly. You can tell she Loves her job! Thank you Jennifer!

My friend and I came into this restaurant and we usually are dealt the best service but we ended up getting a man named Shane. Shane was very short and didn't quite give us a welcoming experience. I accidentally put chicken instead of steak on my sandwich and he refused to make the change when I asked him to. I asked him to make this change before he put anything else on and it would've been as simple as turning the sandwich putting it back. As someone who used to work at Subway this wouldn't have been an issue at all but he decided that since I asked for chicken that's what I was getting and refused to make that simple change for me. After this he made the atmosphere very tense and awkward. I wasn't able to make the sandwich how I wanted for the rest of the ingredients because I felt like if I asked for anything else he seemed like the kind of guy to snap and I didn't want to deal with such a response. The sandwich I ordered came with 2x cheese and I asked for ome serving of pepper jack and one serving of cheddar cheese and he said I would be charged extra even though it is included with the price of the sandwich. I'm not sure if this was really a policy that you couldn't do a serving of two different cheeses when your sandwich comes with 2x cheese. I feel like he made this up because of the already hostile service he was giving. I say if you can't put on a smile and serve your customers with respect then you shouldn't be working in a semi-service based job period. I would recommend avoiding this subway if he is around but everyone else is great.

Left the Platt Subway due to atmosphere came over to this Subway on chestnut. Staff absolutely fabulous! walked in, they greeted me, as I was leaving they told me to have an amazing day. Great atmosphere, definitely my new Subway!

Two stars only because the other dude working at the location with the afro was cool an chill, his co worker however Walmart brand Eminem lookin dude was rude as hell. I had an online order and showed up at 5:50 like it said to Walmart slim shady proceeds to mock my special request for the sandwich in front of me "no red onions, black olives instead, light mayo for context I'm allergic to red onions" slim proceeds to say "Oh yeah sure this karen wants no red onions black olives instead and mayo" in a sarcastic tone rude as hell, he then walks in the back leaves comes back to the store in regular clothes and starts filling water bottles with soda and falling asleep at one of the tables. At this point I had been waiting for about 20 minutes and like 3 other people were waiting for there food. I finally get my food around 6:25 and it's on the wrong bread has red onions and no black olives or light mayo on it. I normally don't rip into people like this but slim shady needs to go or something I'm never coming back to this location, I wish I knew the afro guys name cause he was cool calm and collected through the whole thing he deserves a promotion or something for dealing with discount slim.

My buddy and I have been going to this subway for a couple years now. There have been many great managers and employees throughout the years. Recently they hired there new manager Shane. The first time we ever saw this guy a few months back, he was very plain and rude. Any questions we had he answered with a snarky comment and made us feel very unwelcome. After leaving we kind of brushed it off because of all the other great employees who chatted and made our experience good. Today my buddy and decided to go to subway after taking some time off from going. We were super excited to try out some of the new menu. As we go in there no one is behind the desk to help us, as a few minutes go past Shane finally comes out with the meanest looking grin and bad attitude. My buddy accidentally ask for the chicken sandwich and quickly changes his mind to steak after that’s what I decided on. Shane, with the most impolite snarky remark says “no chicken is what you want, that’s what you’re going to eat”. We were blown away with this snarky remark and decided to laugh it off so it was not awkward. We didn’t want to cause any trouble so my buddy ended up going with the chicken. As Shane is about to put the cheese on my buddy ask for half cheddar, half pepper jack. My buddy worked at subway in the past and knows that you can combine different kinda of cheese as long as you don’t get extra. Shane threatens to charge us double for his sandwich if he decided to that. The rest of the experience is what it seems, snarky remarks and the fact that Shane shows his hatred towards his Job. I have never been treated like this, and especially from a manager. Very inappropriate, especially towards a couple guys who spend $100’s of dollars a year going this specific Subway. Unless a new manager is hired, we will not be coming back. This subway can say by to our business. Shout out to many of the other hard working employees at this Subway who all the other times before Shane made our experience so great.

I have been coming to this subway since I moved here, and every time I enjoy my food and the experience in store! Today specifically Jennifer and Duke were the ones who helped me and they were GREAT. they were having some troubles with their system but still made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. Jennifer has helped me many times and always had a great attitude and makes great sandwiches!!
