Really hard rock music; like metal music; terrible

Rude lady. We had 6 people in our group and got told that we had to order online because 6 people are considered a catering event. We ended up having to break our party into two groups to get food. Then a group of 7 guys come in and the lady doesn't tell them it's a catering event and she takes their order while my group has to order online. This location is very rude I do not recommend this place, they are racist.

Hadn't been at this location in a while. Have been here before and was always good sandwiches and were made well. Tonight 6/7/25 the service was not good. Only one person working she had bad attitude.and was a little sloppy looking. Out of Italian herbs and cheese bread. She said the day shift didn't make any idk why. The work area where sandwiches are was dirty. Not so sure I'll return to that location.

Always out of items, I ordered through the app, and when I arrived to pick up, I was told they don't even have what I ordered. Oh and the refuse to do in-store refunds for in app or online purchases. I was told to Google it.

Sandwiches are always good here, the rating is for the fact that there was only one person working during lunch time on a Saturday. As someone who works in food service- if you can’t afford to properly staff this location, shut it down. Not fair to the employees or customers. The guy working was still great, staying calm while a line formed and still managed to get my online order done (10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, but it did get done).

Guy serving us was rude and treated us as if we were stupid. He didn’t know his own menu and the workspace was dirty. He made our sandwiches well, but was not friendly at all.

I don't know if it's because of the fact that I used to work at three separate locations when I was younger. During the Golden era of subways. But every time I go to one of these places I'm very disappointed at the mediocre food and experience.

The bald manager with tattoos is disrespectful to the customers and employees who should not be in the position of power he is. He completely ruined my wife’s order and did everything in his power to make it everyone else’s fault.

The guy working today, Tony, was very condescending and rude to everyone in line. Definitely not a friendly welcoming experience. We were all definitely a major inconvenience to Tony for being in there today.
