Anthony did an awesome job! My sandwich is perfect and his customer service is fantastic. Management should buy him lunch! It’s guys like this that make getting a quick meal fun and enjoyable.

Bread was so hardSandwiches made wrong with the incorrect amount of meat. The lettuce was brown tomatoes were not fresh. My sandwich was not a 6 inch.Ir footlong

I went to this location on Thursday to see my favorite worker Jyesha on her last day. I could tell she was a bit frustrated with the manager, I don’t know her name but she’s a short Latino lady. She kept trying to rush Jyesha while she was helping me. Then once I got situated in my seat I could hear her accusing Jyesha of stealing $3 dollars from her and Jyesha was encouraging her to check the cameras. Then the lady went to the backand I could hear her just yelling and complaining about everything. It made my experience one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t feel like that lady is fit to work in an industry such as this. I was very uncomfortable in that environment. Also very disappointed she was a manager. You guys please do better.

The store was empty when I got there, except for an employee sweeping . He swept for a few seconds and asked, “Are you here for a sandwich?”I was thinking , “ No I’m here to buy a surfboard.” But I said “yes.”He just kept sweeping.Another kid goes to the cash register, then after a minute looks at me and said, “you here for a sandwich ?”To which I replied, “yes.”He said, “ we start people at the other end. I just clocked out.”And he left, and the other guy was still sweeping!!?I mean, COME ON!!I get they’re teenagers and all but COME ON!!So I left and went to the Subway on Uintah and WAS IGNORED AGAIN.I went to Cys across the street and got WONDERFUL SERVICE .

We came in to the N. Chestnut location. There were two young men working. One of them start putting a sandwich together and toasted it. The other guy was filling some orders and when he was done decided to walk away and then go to a rack and pull out cookies and stock them leaving our sandwich to get cold. The other guy then came over to finish our order. We sat down and ate and the people that were in line behind us were still there waiting. If you go to the store and see a guy with a red beard and I think his name was cage or something to that effect don't even bother going in. I believe a manager should take a look at what's happening there. I felt really bad for the one guy that was very polite and trying to help everyone

Took over an hour to have my order delivered. They didn't put cheese on my sandwich. I ordered 4 cookies, got 3. My husband's sandwich didn't have a lot of meat and his tomatoes weren't ripe. Very disappointed.

Glad we stopped in to this remodeled location on 9.20.2023. It was mid-afternoon & not busy. Had fun joking around with the workers who were great & super helpful. The place was super clean. Food was great. Some Subways are in desperate need of remodeling. This one is an exception! Keep up the good work everyone! We will be back.

Do not order subway online. I arrived at the designated time that my order said it would be ready (about 20 minutes after ordering). It wasn't. So I got in line. I made it to the counter after waiting in line for another 30minutes only to be told that people in store to order take precedent and I would have to wait till they got through everyone behind me in line.....this is not acceptable. They already took my money and won't make my order.....

Same as any subway, I wondered about the sandwich maker. Perhaps not a good mix with strangers. Lack of friendliness except with interactions with coworkers. The eating area needed a bit of attention.

I ordered on the subway app. They couldn't do my order because they didn't order enough bread. He wouldn't give me the receipt so I could get a refund. He said just tell grubhub so you get your money back. I ordered on the subway app. The app does not have and option to contact anyone for a refund. I had to go to a secondary subway site. The issue has still not been resolved. Basically they robbed me of my dinner and they got a tip, from the app, for doing it.

Vanessa the sandwich artist was friendly, prompt, and really nice!! She made my footling fast and just the way I like it!! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!! Vanessa is the nicest sandwich artist I have ever met!!!
