Been a min but…I stopped by a subway to pick up a sub for lunch today. I commented that space was reasonably clean. I was not greeted when I waked into the empty store however, the customer following me was given a very friendly, warm and appreciative greeting. I became annoyed that the employee touched her nose multiple times after finishing sandwich but, hadn’t cashed me out yet. I politely asked her to wash her hands which, she did. I prayed over my food after leaving the store and almost felt like throwing my food away. Given the Covid environment and cold and flu season this practice is unsanitary and unacceptable. Besides that, it’s just nasty. This is precisely why I don’t eat at subway.

DO NOT GO HERE! Ordered two sandwiches, both toasted and on different breads. Their new toaster does not toast at all and was pretty much eating a cold soggy sandwich. The server also put the wrong bread on each sandwich and didn’t put extra ranch. And these workers want over $15 an hour 🤦‍♂️Will be calling corporate

I went through the drive-through ordered My sandwich drove up to the pick up window. No one ever came to the window did not look like there Was anybody even inside the store so I waited like 10 minutes and then drove off without my food

Guess they have all new staff. Worker looked angry when I came in to pick up an online order, and it was done wrong, not toasted, with half the things I ordered. Bread was literally wet and soggy. Very disappointed because last year this was my favorite subway. Now it's just like all the others. No wonder they have been shutting them down left and right. Wasn't able to get a refund for the things I paid for and didn't recieve.

I ordered my food through the app. I went to pick it up. I’ve been under the weather with the flu and they have given me my order through the drive through window before. So I pull up and ask for my order and she told me that it couldn’t be done. Completely verboten to put food that I order through app through drive thru window and I needed to come inside. I just think this policy is dumb because I could have ordered food through drive thru, this stuff was already done.

I've been going to this Subway location ever since it opened a few years ago. I always have a great experience here, often going out of my way to go to this location instead of a different Subway. The main thing about Subway is getting fresh bread, which this location always has. The service is great... Shellie, Sean, and Rylie are always very helpful and friendly. 5 Stars.

Horrendously slow. I was in drive thru for 30 minutes while people behind me got out of line, went inside and ordered, and came out before I got my order. It's like they're intentionally ignoring their drive through (there were 3 employees total inside it looked like, the lobby looked nearly empty). On top of that the girl at the window had attitude when I had a coupon to use.

Slow staff. They half way do their job, barely putting together the sandwiches. Ordered buffalo chicken sandwich. Didn’t even add buffalo sauce. Then told us we are unable to get a water cup. The older lady, acting manager, told us we would have to pay for a regular drink to get water because she couldn’t do the bare minimum of her job and walk to the back to grab a plastic cup, or offer a small regular cup for water. After making a comment about it, she proceeded to walk to the back with the younger girl laughing, leaving the young guy alone to do all the orders, even getting upset when he asked for help.It would have been one thing if this was the only issue we have had here. But it’s not. Almost every time it’s one thing it another. Whether it takes 5 minutes of standing at the counter before someone decides to come from the back, empty handed if you don’t include their phone. Or having to repeat the same 2 veggies to be added to your sandwich over and over because they are trying to hold a completely other conversation with another employee.

I have been to this location multiple times and every time there is only one employee with multiple online orders and people waiting. They are always behind and focus on online orders and have the in store customer wait. Several times the employees complain that they are the only one working and to give them a “few minutes”.

This location is poorly managed. There was only one employee running both the front counter and the drive thru when i went through this location. When i pulled up, they were with a customer in store making their sandwich. I waited about 10 minutes before they were able to process my order at the window. I ended up spending about 30 minutes there. The staff was timely (for the conditions the management has put them through) and my food was perfect. It is a shame that the manager there doesn't seem to understand how to write a schedule. I am disappointed in Subway, but I am very happy with the staff who helped me.
