Waited 30 minutes for 2.5 sandwiches, 2 were made incorrectly; no communication, didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t return them.. wow.

I'm an ex-employee of this location as of 1/15/24. I have nothing good to say about subway itself or the owner, Roman. To start, as someone who was very recently employed there, Roman treated me with discrimination. I dont know what his reason was, whether it was my age or something else entirely, but the terrible treatment i received consists of public humility, restriction of employee rights, threats against my pay and my job, i could keep going. His treatment of me affected me outside my job.Regarding the store itself, the customer service is beyond awful. The way the employees talk about their regular customers is extremely disrespectful. Roman, the owner, is so focused on how much money he can make, he refuses to allow the staff to throw out rotting and wilting products (a major health hazord), then instructs the staff to put in on the line to serve (another major health hazord).Roman does not train his staff personally. They recieve training from paper and paper only. Now I've been with subway for a year and ive known they are struggling as a business and from my experience, it's very obvious why. You can't run a successful store with a bad owner.

Purchased a FL BLT with double bacon and upon getting home found the BACON WAS RAW… we had to remove the bacon and cook it ourselves. If we would’ve known, the bacon would be raw, we would’ve made our own BLTs at home.

You can only order through the drive through by touch screen. The touch screen didn't work. We pulled up to the window to tell them the touch screen didn't work but he insisted it worked. I don't know what he wanted us to say, it wasn't working. ?

Subway as a chain has always been reliable.But unfortunately this location has lost my trust, business, and loyalty. Hours are inconsistent and appear to close early but still accept mobile orders (and the money) even while they are not present in the building. Open signs have also still been on even if they are closed.More than three times I have experienced this, and I am disappointed with the service here.

This place is under new management and it shows!!! Excellent food quality, I got what I wanted with my wife and I’m no time flat we had our food from start to finish no more than 10 mins (there was a new hire training but that didn’t slow anything down!) 10/10 would eat

Shame on you Subway! You have one person working and can’t adequately fulfill demand. Raise the prices but can’t hire more people or pay employees to work. Why even have the ability to order online?! It’s quicker to go in store, wait in a huge line, than to order online.

The leadership team quit and left this poor young lady to make food by herself. I got stuck in an hour long line only to be told that they didn't have the basics to make my sandwich and she couldn't even refund me because I paid online and she already cashed the order out somehow. I called another store in the area and asked if they could refund me or transfer the order to that store and she just said I needed to make the girl at this store refund me, there was no way around it. I'm still trying to figure out how to "make" her refund me. What a disaster. It was a huge order for my entire family to make matters worse.

We ordered 5 sandwiches on the app. The sandwiches were ready when I got there but all 5 sandwiches were on stale bread. What a huge waste of my time and money. Don't waste your time on what should be a convenient option. It costs more than it seems because,obviously you have to buy food to replace it with.

I do NOT recommend this subway! We came in for two sandwiches around 3pm, they had a pretty big online order so we waited and let them finish. She never changed her gloves in between starting our sandwiches, the cooler that holds the meat and veggies were turned up way too high, you could see the layers of frost on the sides of the bins and almost all of the veggies were frozen. The glass was filthy, looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in awhile. The two girls working were not very nice, it seemed as if they were annoyed that they had to work and actually make sandwiches instead of stand around. The lobby was a mess, there was food all over the floor and the tables hadn’t been wiped down in probably all day so we used our personal wipe to clean off our table. While eating, the two girls working were just messing around, cussing very loudly, and talking about leaving work early. I worked at subway before and I would NEVER have had my store looking like this let alone act how they were.

WATCH OUT. She made me pay for my sandwich before she told me they ran out of all the veggies. I told her I could wait for her to cut up some more but no they’re completely out….wouldnt have eaten there had I known they were out of everything.

SANDWICH BUYERS BEWARE! These girls Can’t even make a sandwich serving molding spinach and produce to the customers? These girls are nasty and rude working for this subway. Nobody cares attitudes and nasty attitudes.How hard is it to make a sandwich and put out fresh food. It’s eat fresh not come in let’s serve you moldy old produce on bread with a nasty attitude with it.
