Sandwich was good, just wish I didn't have to wait so long for it. Placed an online order, arrived to pick it up, was told it wasn't made yet. Waited 10 minutes and come to find out the order wasn't even mine. My sandwich was literally already done and just sitting there for 10-15 minutes. Whoever the two female employees were tonight need to do a little less laughing and joking and make sure they're getting people's orders right and not making them wait unnecessarily.

Came into the store, looked at the menu, patiently waited for the employee, who did not greet me as I walked in the door, saw that the worker had call ahead orders or other orders ahead of me. Waited Maybe 15 minutes, then he started slamming oven doors and throwing people's food into bags and I was like, I do not want somebody making my food that is doing that to somebody else's food so I walked out and I'm going somewhere else.

Placed an order online got two footling n a church. Only had enough for the order and I was working in the springs had to head to Denver. The associate called thr manager and she said since the money was taken out but they never got my order they couldn't make the sandwiches. This is the actual manager. Apparently it takes 48 hrs to get the money back from subway so no lunch at work that night...

This Subway is the best across many locations in different towns that I have tried. Always Fresh, Always Fast, Friendly Staff. 5/5 for this location/staff/owner, but I do want to say Subway as a company is making a mistake with making too many changes too often. Keep at it Platte Subway!
Arrived and hour and a half before closing. Stood in line for five minutes. Only to be told when it was my turn to order they were out of over HALF their ingredients. No bacon, chicken, turkey, ham, and half the bread and toppings gone. TELL PEOPLE WHEN THEY WALK IN OR PUT A DAMN SIGN ON THE DOOR. Or hey, I don’t know, keep your restaurant STOCKED WITH FOOD!!!

I’ve ordered online several times from this location. Twice they forgot my drink and once they sent the wrong sub. Each time they have messed up my order I have tried to call and they don’t answer their phone. I’ve tried complaining to corporate but all I get in return is an automated email saying they received my message. It never gets resolved.

Your employees have friends hanging out inside of the building fighting with customers and complaining about doing their job and plainly flat out not doing their job. The store smells like a dumpster screwed a portapotty everytime I personally have gone in there and it's always a mess, you can't ask for a rag to clean the tables unless you want some person who OBVIOUSLY doesnt want to be there to give you a dirty look. And it's always something when someone comes in and it's always the employee's fault. Worst Subway in the state of Colorado and surrounding states, like the owner of Subway should shut this place down. People avoid this store for a reason... do better

Ordered two subs at 9:00 p.m. When I got home, there was only meat and bread, no veggies, no dressing, nothing else. Tried to call, nobody answered. The next day when we went in they said they could not refund our money because it was not the same day. They did remake the sandwiches, but the whole thing was absolutely ridiculous. I will not be going to this Subway again.

The male sandwich maker dug around an got what was old bread all hard on the top and crumbling and made my sandwich out of it .I think he was mad because I've been there 3 times this week. Ruined my sandwich YOU MAY WANT TO AVOID THIS
