Wife went got our food n forgot peppers n drinks so while also on my way home i stopped and got our drinks and asked for a small little dressing cup of peppers and i will pay for them and lady was super rude and disrespectful and i explained what happened so sux must work on customer service skill set 7/22/27 @ 3:50 pm

Ordered pickup. Got home, my girls sandwich was all incorrect and cold. My sandwich was ice cold, and had chicken bones in it… terrible.

Sandwich was good, just wish I didn't have to wait so long for it. Placed an online order, arrived to pick it up, was told it wasn't made yet. Waited 10 minutes and come to find out the order wasn't even mine. My sandwich was literally already done and just sitting there for 10-15 minutes. Whoever the two female employees were tonight need to do a little less laughing and joking and make sure they're getting people's orders right and not making them wait unnecessarily.

Came into the store, looked at the menu, patiently waited for the employee, who did not greet me as I walked in the door, saw that the worker had call ahead orders or other orders ahead of me. Waited Maybe 15 minutes, then he started slamming oven doors and throwing people's food into bags and I was like, I do not want somebody making my food that is doing that to somebody else's food so I walked out and I'm going somewhere else.

Placed an order online got two footling n a church. Only had enough for the order and I was working in the springs had to head to Denver. The associate called thr manager and she said since the money was taken out but they never got my order they couldn't make the sandwiches. This is the actual manager. Apparently it takes 48 hrs to get the money back from subway so no lunch at work that night...
