Really enjoyed this meal. Service was excellent and food was excellent. Smaller portions, but that’s OK with this style of high end dining. This would be a great spot for a business lunch or dinner, or special occasions.

We absolutely loved this restaurant. The service was impeccable. Honestly, our server was one of the best we’ve had. The food was equally impressive. I had the halibut and loved it. It’s expensive, but you get what you pay for at this restaurant.

This was our absolute favorite dining experience of the week. Tha halibut was outstanding along with the Boar and Cornish hen. All the little extras were over the top and amazing. I can't believe this isn't a Michelin star restaurant. It certainly should be and we'll be back!

We celebrated a special birthday. There were five in our party. We had amazing cocktails some that were non alcoholic too! Two great wines that were recommended by the sommelier. We enjoyed two appetizers that were so unique & scrumptious. We had the halibut, boar, elk all were incredibly delicious. The birthday dessert was beautiful & made the whole evening very special. Service was over the top & they were so kind. THANK YOU SUMMIT it was memorable!

We went with our three younger kids for our last night at the Broadmoor, and it was a near perfect experience. Our server was Raymond, and he was so kind and patient with our kids. He took the time to get to know us, interact with the kids a little, and explain all the dishes that we'd chosen. He was always happy to answer any questions or requests that we had and was a great example of the kind of service Broadmoor provides. We ordered the ceviche appetizer, the tomato and mozzarella salad, the elk loin, the pork (no wild boar, unfortunately!), the shrimp, and a side of the purple potatoes. Everything was so flavorful and unique. My favorite was the pork! Thank you to Raymond and the Summit team for giving us an unforgettable evening!

Food was good and service was good. I am not sure it was the at the level of the cost but it was a nice dinner. For 3 of us it was a little over 400 dollars. I expected a little better for that price.

My experience at The Summit last night was extremely disappointing, mainly due to our waiter’s rude and condescending behavior. Despite our clear request to keep our clean, unused silverware and plates between courses, the waiter insisted on replacing everything, contradicting The Broadmoor’s stated sustainability efforts.
When I politely asked to keep one plate as a share plate for my three-year-old, the waiter took it directly out of my hand and replaced it with the same kind of plate—an unnecessarily aggressive and uncomfortable move that violated personal space and basic professionalism. He even turned up his nose at me in disapproval, displaying the most pretentious snobbery I’ve ever encountered.
The food wasn’t even that great, but I wouldn’t be leaving this review if it weren’t for how off-putting the waiter was. This was supposed to be a special meal, but the attitude and behavior we encountered ruined the evening.
As a local I am always wanting a higher end experience…tonight delivered! Food, service, and atmosphere were all the best! Great wine list, delicious halibut and some of the best gelato I’ve ever tasted! Summit is upping their game!!

The service and beauty of dinning at The Summit were impeccable! The food was very good but not excellent for the price. It was the sauce offered and then poured on the wagyu beef and aged tenderloin that dampened the overall taste of such quality cuts of meat. I take responsibility for agreeing to it being added. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and still highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful. The flavors mixed with the pork loin were sublime. However as the restaurant filled up the ambient noise ramped up and it became nigh impossible to converse. Finally it's the Broadmoor so be prepared for a $$$$ check at the end. Worth it.
