On a whim while visiting CS, we stopped by here for dinner. We couldn't believe how fortunate we were to go!First off, the sushi is top notch. Being able to compare it to my experiences in Japan, it right up there. Great attention to the rolls, a beautiful ratio of rice to fish, and a delightful choice of house created rolls make the experience complete. For sushi, the prices are what you expect and I feel well spotted. As well, the sake is oh so good. Tasting like the most delicious pour and going down like sweet water, you will not be disappointed! However what really puts this sushi-ya deep into my heart is the company. The lead chefs were so much fun to speak with and very endearing. I truly felt like I was with my family in Japan at their local sushi-ya for dinner. If you are in the Springs, please visit. It is a golden opportunity for great food, awesome sake, and some amazing company!

The best Sushi restaurant I've ever had in Colorado! I was born and raised in Japan and eating at Sushi Ring made me felt like home. Both chefs were very friendly, welcoming and had a great hospitality. Not only we had a wonderful time but also I was impressed how fresh the fish they offered was!! Their nigiri had perfect balance of fish and rice. We tried spicy tuna roll, Garden of the Gods roll, spider roll, varieties of appetizers and nigiri. They have great selections of drinks as well. My favorite tonight was Upside Down Shrimp! That's one of their specialties. It had scallops on top of cooked shrimp. One of the chefs recommended it and it was absolutely delicious!I wish we lived close by so we could come here regularly, but whenever we are in the area, we will come back for sure. Thank you very much for the wonderful dinner!

I'm sad to leave this review as I've been dining here for over a decade.. The quality of food was almost inedible. The unagi hidden in the roll was rubber. I don't know if its new but I've never had sushi where all the meat was cooked.. also at $41 a person for "all you can eat" this is the most expensive in town. The price has to equal quality..

Elvis is awesome! Good vibes and great sushi. I liked the Rainbow, Garden of the Gods, Samurai, and Pikes Peak rolls. I skipped the eel sauce and spicy mayo, and they were still flavorful and delicious! Elvis was super attentive and entertaining. Very relaxed and quiet atmosphere, great experience overall! $43 for all you can eat dinner.

Wonderful experience everytime we go in! This is the only place in Colorado Springs I like going to for sushi! My favorite is the Aloha Roll or Basil Salmon Roll!

1/22/2024 this was my experience with my girl today, rice was hard like raw and old and nothing tasted good, miso soup was like water no salt at all , the chef sneezed on our sushi when preparing it, it was awful, and we pay $50 for two a la carta sushi rolls, we got some pot stickers as appetizers and they were cold, a complete disaster, took like 20min to get our rolls so if you go make sure you have extra time, we will never go back and will never recommend this place to anyone

I love this place! Came here with a friend once and I’ve been hooked ever since! I’ve only had their sushi and appetizers but it’s delightful every time. It’s not just the food though, the owner Elvis who is also one of the sushi chefs is hilarious! I enjoy seeing his face every time I go. The servers are nice but could be more attentive but that’s okay the food and Elvis makes up for it.

This place is incredible! The owner, Elvis, is one of a kind and makes everyone feel welcomed. The other man rolling the sushi is also an extremely talented sushi chef! ? Top tier for Colorado Springs for sure. If im dropping money on sushi, im coming here for the all you can eat option, you wont find better service or sushi, and you will leave happy.
