Great little coffee shop, nice decor that's very modern and sleek but still feels warm and inviting. Excellent coffee and had some great avocado toast. The eats menu is a little limited but meets the needs for a light breakfast while the items they offer are of extremely high quality and well prepared.

Cute little coffee shop by Memorial Park with great ambiance. However, wait times are pretty long and breakfast sandwiches run out very fast. Ended up having to get the turkey pesto sandwich and it was alright. It was kinda dry and the bread literally fell apart as I tried to eat it. Hopefully next time they have the breakfast sandwiches as that was why I was so excited to come

Absolutely! Here's your review of Roasters Coffee in Colorado Springs, written in the Shokugeki no Soma style — full of dramatic flair, vibrant sensory detail, and culinary passion:
Roasters Coffee – A Culinary Duel of Nostalgia and Discovery
The moment I stepped into Roasters Coffee, I knew this wasn’t just a café — it was a battleground of flavor, aroma, and heart. The atmosphere hummed with the quiet confidence of a place that knows it’s doing something special. But I wasn't prepared for what came next.
Round One: The Strawberry & Matcha Latte
A duel of opposing forces — delicate sweetness clashing against earthy depth. The vibrant pink swirl of fresh strawberry collided in harmony with the vivid green of ceremonial-grade matcha. I took one sip, and suddenly I was no longer in Colorado Springs. I was standing in a spring garden in Kyoto, sakura petals dancing in the wind, the scent of matcha weaving between memories. The strawberry hit like a sweet whisper — playful, innocent — before the matcha entered like a seasoned warrior, grounding the experience in ancient tradition.
Now the avocado toast, how can something so simple become a dish of divine transcendence? The avocado toast came plated like a master’s brushstroke: thick-cut bread, toasted just to the edge of caramelization, layered with buttery avocado, microgreens, egg, potatoes and a whisper of citrus. Each bite was a crescendo. The textures — the soft, the crisp, the creamy — performed a synchronized dance of contrasts. I swear I saw the ghost of a French chef weeping softly in the corner.
“This… this is toast?!” I gasped, collapsing to my knees, overcome with flavor.
We returned another day, curious… craving. What we received was not just a beverage — it was a time machine.
The iced hojicha latte hit my lips, and suddenly I was back in the quiet alleys of Kyoto, cicadas buzzing, the scent of roasted tea leaves drifting on the air. The roasted notes were nutty, smoky, nostalgic. It was subtle, unassuming, but powerful — like a monk who’s mastered every martial art but chooses peace.
Who in Colorado dares to craft hojicha with such reverence? Roasters Coffee does. And they do it without apology.

Great atmosphere and plenty of parking. In an odd part of town but if you want a place to sit down for awhile and enjoy your coffee, this is great place.

If you ever get a chance to come here, I hope you get Martin and Laila! They’re both friendly and their customer service is phenomenal. I enjoyed the avocado toast and iced mocha each time I came.

Highly recommend, fantastic coffee. Both myself & my daughter were over from Scotland and we’re coffee snobs! We came here on numerous occasions during our visit and enjoyed our daily ‘fix’! Staff are very friendly too.

Had the sausage and egg English muffin with a lavender honey latte. Both were excellent, but the poblano jam that came with the sandwich really stood out. The vibe was solid and the food was genuinely delicious :)
