This isn't a cafe anymore so if you're coming here for the Switchback Cafe vibes of the Institute location, you won't find the menu or the space. It's really only pastries from Provision. Half the old cafe is a roastery now so not much seating either. Go to the other location for the coffee shop vibes and good food.

Great LOCAL spot to pop in and grab a coffee, catch up with friends, or work remotely from.
We popped in via bike before a social ride.

One of the best roosters in Colorado Springs. Chill atmosphere and a great cup of coffee. If you buy a bag of beans you can get a cup of coffee for free with it! Love this place, the staff and the quality coffee.

Went in to buy a gift. Staff was helpful in selecting an option that fit my needs and my friend's taste. Knowledgable and friendly staff.
Cozy little minimalist coffee shop with delicious food and coffee! ☕️🤍 Friendly and fast service, too! We recommend the breakfast sammy with honey siracha (!!!), sourdough bagel with cream cheese, and iced lattes with honey and almond milk.

Coffee was a little too bright for my taste. Also, be careful when exiting, the door cut my finger when leaving.
Great place to drink some coffee and hang out

While the espresso is still excellent, closing down the kitchen is a huge turnoff to making the drive here. Weekend breakfasts used to be excellent. Now....just another coffee place. So sad.

One of the coffee shops I most recommend in town. I prefer this location because it's a little quieter most of the time.

We visited on a Sunday morning a little after 8. There was no wait and the staff was welcoming and informative. We each had a delicious cappuccino and much to our surprise the flavor was so great we didn’t even need to add sweetener. We shared the avocado toast on gluten free bread and the ham breakfast sandwich (I forgot its name) also on gluten free bread. Both dishes were fantastic- I wish I were still hungry so I could have more.
We were very pleased with the fact that all items were seed oil free and they had delicious gluten free options. We would highly recommend.

The assistant manager was amazing. He went above and beyond what the position might require. I was treated like a person of value and not just a number.
Will recommend to anyone.

Great little coffee shop, nice decor that's very modern and sleek but still feels warm and inviting. Excellent coffee and had some great avocado toast. The eats menu is a little limited but meets the needs for a light breakfast while the items they offer are of extremely high quality and well prepared.
