This place is a total vibe. Their coffee art is on point every time I visit. Breakfast sandwich is definitely worth trying too! They seem to alway be super busy and you might not get a seat. ? However Switchback is a 10/10 for me!
Use to be a really cool spot to grab some coffee before work, but unfortunately the service has deteriorated since I first started coming here. In the last couple visits, while not catering to other customers it’s taken on average 10-15 minutes to make a single cup of coffee. They have phenomenal coffee and bakery items, but cannot say I would recommend the hillside location. You are likely to find better service at the Shooks run location

I come here fairly frequently to work remotely and every time I come here the atmosphere is so welcoming, peaceful and for lack of a better word chill! Every barista I have been served by has been so patient, kind, and helpful in connecting me with the best first sips. However, I have to compliment Hayden on his amazing customer service, sincerely welcoming and upbeat attitude-- seriously the best and chatting with Hayden every time I come in it is a highlight. Hayden sets this coffee shop apart for me in regards to other places in town. Its the staff that makes this place awesome!!-River

I tried to get the Cream & Sugar from the other location but they were all out. They recommended me coming here as they would most likely have it and they did! This has been my favorite roast so far in Colorado Springs. Can't wait to try more from here and also get the chance to sit and spend some time as both places were very inviting!

One of the top coffee places in Colorado Springs. The weather was nice so we sit at the outdoor seating area. Breakfast sandwich and the yogurt with granola was refreshing as well. Pour over was fruity, sweet, and delicious. Green tea and hibiscus tea were great too. Will surely go back to visit.
