Amazing company to work for! You just have to do your job. There are many different opportunities to move up in the company with a strong work ethic and dedication. The company will let you know where you need to improve furthermore they will recognize you for your excellence which is always a plus and makes you feel appreciated. There are many angry customers but deescalatiing the call is everything in those cases. If you give off a good energy 9 times out of 10, they will match it and calm down. The customers occasionally just have to vent a little, and you, the employee, need to make them feel heard.

Garbage!The equipment was garbage and the work was a joke. You get to take 8 hours of verbal abuse from customers for min wage. You can use the restroom 3 times in 8 hours and don't even think about getting a drink there is not enough time. It wouldn't matter the job you hold in the company the general the treatment is you are simply not doing enough,, soo close but never enough. The supervisor will give you just enough praise to say" you're doing really good just keep it up and your numbers will start coming up" ONLY THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE to reach. Only a few with a certain job can reach the numbers.Just a ridiculous place with a ridiculous job. I would rather be a clown for a living.

Outrageous expectations! They don't give you time in-between calls to take a breath or sip of water. If you do, you get in "trouble" by their ridiculous metric scores. You are given 15 seconds to disposition a call but they expect you to do it in 3 seconds. You have a total of 10 demerits (they call occurrences) for the ENTIRE time you work for them. Reach 8 and you will get a final written warning. 10 you get fired. So, don't get sick, have a death in the family, have an unexpected surgery, going into labor, wake up feeling awful, sore throat, car accident, honestly don't plan on having anything unexpected happen to you, unless you want to get an occurrence. That's 1 step closer to getting fired.

Just the worst. Avoid working here at all costs. This job will slowly kill you.

The worst place ever short for very unorganized and a bunch of Chaos

not a terrible place to work at. I had a good time with everyone that was a supervisor, trainer and HR. I believe they were actually good people when I was there. the problem is that the pay is so terrible and no chance at getting a raise

I'm missing part of my pay check and they have no intention of sending it.

Your admin MyKayla Cornforth bullies and harasses children on the internet from multiple accounts @shorteemac and @lightyagamiisg0d69, telling them to harm themselves and wishing unfortunate events on their families. She body shames, torments, stalks and messages children on the internet reminding them their parents have passed away. She is dangerous and should not be around children or people in general. Screenshots available on request. They are being flagged when I attach them.

There are great people and employees however upper management and the hr department could care less about their employees and more about filling their pockets while underpaying the staff that does all the work and keeps filling their pockets yet suffer to make ends meat.

Worst company to ever work for or deal with. If your someone looking for work, stay far away from this company.
