this is my favorite taco bell in the city, I drive 15 mins to get to it and it's always worth the drive.
You will be waiting!
Visited this cutesie taco bell on my trip to CO Springs. The staff was very friendly and they didn't hold back on the fillings in my burrito and soft taco. I liked the vintage style of the outlet as well - different from other taco bells
Not only did it the forever to get our food, with nobody else either inside or out. The three employees were loud and making comments about gay people when my daughter and nieces are gay and that in no way is acceptable! Very racist too.
Stopped in for lunch. Had no food banners up to see what to order. They have changed to using kiosk style ordering. The only complaint I have was that It didn't have a certain substitute on the menu. But the employee i talked to was very nice and made sure I got what I ordered
Tall skinny guy with hair his hair in a ponytail was extremely rude and cussed at as he slammed the window in my face very bad service it's was about 10 am on 05/13/25 he shouldn't be in food service
It took a half an hour before they can order a meal when we were the only two people in the restaurant and then it took another half an hour for them to actually get our meal to us
This taco bell is nasty. There was a hair in my taco and not the kind from your head.
Always fast and friendly.

We were craving Taco Bell for dinner so we hit up the one on Platte and we’re extremely satisfied. All the food came out extremely hot. We had a couple of crunchy tacos,a green chili and bean burrito and a crunch wrap supreme. everything was on point and hot. They were so excited to eat it.

I usually try to always go to the Taco Bell that's close to my job on boulder and Union but no one is there to take your order and they always seem "too busy" to help. So I now go down the road to the Taco Bell on Platte and Wasatch and it's been a blessing in disguise. The food is fresher, hotter and in return, it tastes way better. They have the kiosks also but they are there to greet you and take your order if you don't understand the newer technology. The only downfall is there is a high school nearby and lunch time gets a little bit louder but if you don't mind a bunch of rambunctious teenagers then I recommend trying out this Taco Bell. Thanks

Stopped to use the restroom and eat. Restroom needed a key of which I asked after standing at the counter for several minutes. Cook said "one moment". In total I stood there over ten minutes. I was then asked if I was ready to order. I really needed to go prior to ordering food. I was told it was for paying customers. I did not want to order and have cold food at my table while in the restroom. I drove to another taco bell and was able to use a restroom prior to ordering. Food at that taco bell was ready in less than a minute. I know that this has to be managers policy given it's location to the school and the increased population without housing. Not a way to treat a customer though. Consider changing the policy.

Employee made up some fake policy about take out orders making me wait in the drive thru just to have to come into the store and wait 15 minutes for an order they told me was ready, staff was rude, and took their sweet time, needless to say I'll advise to go to another eatery
