Half an hour waiting for food at the drive-thru. There were only two cars...
The people who work here don’t care about the customers. Just working to survive and get through the day. You can tell they all just wanna go home. I don’t blame them, it’s Taco Bell, but at the same time you should treat people kindly and not just as another order.

I ordered a mobile order through the app and it wouldn't let me select pick up in lobby, so I seleceted drive thru and explained it to a staff member when I arrived at aboy 12:15 am. She said "that's because we're supposed to close at 12:00 so we're pretty backed up right now.
Although their drive thru line was fairly long and not moving, google clearly stated that they close at 3:00. Mobile orders would also not be operational past hours.
I can understand if a place is busy, and I'm willing to wait and be patient. But don't lie and try to place guilt on your guests. While I was waiting on my food somebody else came on complaining that they were in the drive thru for 45 minutes.
This is a reoccurring issue at this

The crew working tonight, Jorel, Austin and Anthony took such good care of me that I wanted to acknowledge these guys for their amazing customer service, better than any Taco Bell I've been to in the Springs!! Thanks!!

Been waiting on the order for over 20 minutes and I'm the only one that has ordered inside the restaurant. Yet they keep making the drive through ordered 😒. Like wth don't come here the works don't give a damn and move slower then molasses

Do not come to.this establishment after 8pm. Its like all motivation and will to work leave with the rest of the crew. Every time I come here I wait a minimum of 30 mins for.my food. And there won't be anybody in the drive thru and maybe 1 or 2 in the lobby already ordered. One person making food one person walking around and about 6 or 7 door dashers. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Skip doordash order and make walk-ins even when they come in after you!!!! 20 min for a nachobell grande. Is absolutely ridiculous. Management is also trash!!
If I could give this location negative stars I would. Night crew is always extremely rude, the food is always cold, just overall a poor experience. I’ve tried giving this location several try’s but will not be going to this one from now on.

This taco bell is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. If you go in, it takes about ten min for anyone to come up front and help you and when you do an app order? They take about 30 min to do it. It’s ridiculous and they give poor service.

So, we go to Taco Bell on Vickers yesterday and they just did a terrible job. So we went to this Taco Bell and the guy at the window was really nice, and I told him that this Taco Bell was the only good one because it's the only one that makes the food right and doesn't take 50 years. We reordered the Cantina Chicken Burrito add guac, and added the chicken nugget deluxe box. Unfortunately, when we hot home, we found out that the only thing they left out was the actual chicken nuggets lol. I don't blame them too much because the window guy was helping with the food, too, so they must have been short staffed. We called and the manager said we could go back and they would remake the order. Great.
So check this out. To me, "we'll remake the order" means the whole box, because you guys messed up and making me waste time and gas to get what I was already supposed to have gotten the night before should be compensated in some way, yeah? No, no. The girl at the window will only give us the chicken nuggets. That was really disappointing but I didn't want to just pick up 5 nuggets, so we told her we would pay the extra to make it the meal, and she says she'll charge me for each item individually. That's more expensive than the original meal, seriously? Whatever, we just asked to add a whole additional box.
I don't know how to explain it, but her voice was pleasant but she had a very Impatient attitude the entire time. She forgot the drink, my sister had to ask for it, and it had ice even though we asked for no ice. We let it go and left because she was clearly trying to get rid of us. Then we pull over to check the bag, and she didn't give us napkins or the sauce she asked if we wanted (sauces are very important to me, I hate dry food). We ordered a bean burrito with extra cheese and extra extra red sauce, which we paid for, and there was no extra cheese or red sauce. I don't know what her problem was but the whole interaction was terrible.
I don't even mind mistakes because shit happens, and everyone makes mistakes and needs grace. But when you're having a bad attitude, refusing to compensate for a past mistake, and you still make mistakes! That's outrageous to me. Do your job to the letter and don't make a single mistake if you are going to have a bad attitude and treat people like a burden when they are trying to get a past mistake corrected. Better yet, get out of customer service. It's clearly not for you.
Now there is no good Taco bell.
This is the worst Taco Bell this is the twentieth time they have short changed us or messed up a order
This time they ran out of beef so they gave us a coupon that won’t work for online order
We also order a ten piece chicken nugget and we got six
Just awful awful no one cares at this location
