DO NOT GO HERE! I have been a several decade long Taco Bell customer. NEVER have I been mistreated at Taco Bell like I was at this location. I ordered at the kiosk, was overcharged the items did NOT add up to the total, changed my order, paid sat down and waited and one certain employee looked at me rudely “why are you here?” I told him I had ordered he asked my name like I was causing trouble and then got it I really had ordered then despite me being first in the restaurant except for one lady he served all others ahead of me and was rude once he did give me my order. I also did not get what I ordered: extra beef in my burrito which was only .90 cents extra but the point is I paid for something I did NOT get. My order helped to pay his wage which is an inconvenient truth the super rude man does not get. Every sale matters in this economy. If Taco Bell feels my order is not necessary then great a different taco house now has my business! See you Taco Bell!

Don't go here for breakfast. I try almost every weekend and they are out of something. Usually sausage, eggs or hash browns. Very frustrating so I will be driving further for breakfast because it is almost a weekly occurrence.

Worst service... threw food in a bag and every was cold... no manager to talk to kitchen a hot mess. Only worker who tried to fix order was Andy... rest were just not customer service material. Unclean in kitchen. No organization. Manager needs to retrain her team... thank you to Andy only who tried

I went in to this Taco Bell today and they got my order wrong and forgot some of my stuff and since I live so far I couldn’t go back and then on top of that my quesadilla wasn’t even cut.

Slow drive thru, got my order wrong, and the staff is so disorganized. Multiple people in line waiting for over 10 minutes and the food was not that good. This location is terrible!

Waited in drive through for 15 minutes. No one moved. Never made it to the window. Had to leave.

Not sure why I tried them again. Gave me wrong order and even wrong drink and was too far down the road to turn around. That'll be the last time.

These guys were so short staffed I'm surprised they were open. Despite that, the two employees at 9am on a Saturday morning were polite and friendly. Our food was good and they did the absolute best they could.

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. It doesn’t matter if you go inside and order or use the drive thru your order will be super slow food is always cold and the order is wrong.

I wish they would ask you if you wanted sauce. Especially at night when the drive-thru is the only part open.

Literally the worst taco bell in the Springs. Sadly I've given them chances time and time again and now I will drive out of my way to do business with ANY other taco bell than the one less than 2 miles from my house.

Ordered ahead on the app, waited in drive through over 35 mins, then checked the order and was missing like 5 items. Waited another 20 mins inside for them to fix it. 6 other people were inside waiting over 30 mins also. Management should be fired. Poor training, poor food prep, bad inventory of ingredients and terrible staffing.
