There is no one at the front counter, the bathrooms are locked up and there was a homeless guy sleeping and twitching in the dining room. Went there with my daughter. NEVER AGAIN!! The owner must not take any pride in this store. Sad. :(

Slowest taco bell of the century filled with clueless employees that don't even acknowledge you until you've been standing there for 20 minutes.

posted hours are never actually accurate, and there could be nobody in the lobby or drive thru and they’d still take 15 minutes to make a poor excuse of a burrito. taco bell on academy is far quicker and seems to know how to make taco bell food at a taco bell
Went here during lunch time on a weekday. It wasn't too busy when I entered but it started to fill up after I put in my order. I waited about 20 minutes which was a bit crazy. Seems the place is understaffed. Of course my order was also incorrect. I ordered 2 luxe boxes, paid extra for steak and received beef, which costs less than the chicken it originally comes with. Doubt I'll be coming here again.

Ive NEVER been more dissatisified with a fast food chain. They literally ignore what u ask for and give u what they want u to have. I order a beef chalupa with no tomatoes. They give me a chicken chalupa supreme with tomatoes thats barely in the taco wrapper. They also never fill the cheese containers up enough to eat 4-5 chips. Its not really a deal at all. Not to mention the people who work here ALSO have bad attitudes so instead of ask to fix the issue. I request a refund. I will never come here again. Guess them h1b visas are worth more than ur company reputation.

Quite possibly the worst Taco Bell in the area. Can never seem to get an order right from DoorDash. Ordered 2 stackers and a quesadilla combo, with Baja Blast and Unsweet Tea. Received two Unsweet Teas and a quesadilla instead of one of the stackers. Not the only order that has had issues with them. Also staff is rude when ordering inside restaurant.

They gave me the. Whole wrong order I didn't get what I wanted it was random stuff
This store makes me feel unsafe as a dasher. Tonight I waited 45 minutes for my order but that’s not the only issue. All the other dashers were polite and waiting for their orders when a Taco Bell employee started yelling at us from the kitchen. He was very aggressive when no one said anything to him. Yelling things like “if you’re a dasher and your want your food come make it yourself.” He was yelling at dashers for no reason the whole time I was there.
The way the workers tonight treated door dashers was APPALLING. I’ve worked retail/food, I get it, some dashers are rude. But EVERYONE tonight was waiting patiently and being polite. And YET they were yelled at and berated by the employees. Yelling (and I quote) “if you want your orders faster, come make your own food.”
Absolutely appalling treatment of people who are just trying to work and being polite. Always a long wait for food, even more so for the Dashers. The employees seriously need to learn a lesson on how to talk to people. Severely disappointed in how tonight, and many previous nights, are handled.
Do better.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This restaurant needs an overhaul. I could run this place better without blinking an eye

First of all, there was a weird voice at the intercom that at first sounded like a child was there, and then a lady came on to take out order. When we went to the window it was a man there so that was weird, but then after we got our food, we realized that they did not give me the nacho fries I ordered. Instead they gave “Chips N Cheese.” This is literally how the chips came in the bag. Not only did they mess up the order, but they also ruined the presentation of the food. We literally didn’t move the bag and looked inside and our food looked like it was thrown straight into the bag. It wasn’t even in the package that it was supposed to come in. Literally just thrown. Like another review I saw from three weeks and a month ago, the employees either need training or something because it seems they don’t care about the service or customers. After a 12 hour shift I was really forward to the nacho fries 😭

It is unfortunate that this is the closest Taco Bell to me. More times than I can count now I have gone there and they are out of something. Once last summer I was in the drive through and the gentleman begun by rattling off a list of what they were out of, after 10 things (no exaggeration)in this one visit I stopped listening. Tonight I order 3 chicken soft tacos, 1 meximelt, 1 small Mt.Dew, 1 small Pepsi, and 1 nacho bell grande in that order. When I got to the 2nd window a girl handed me the bag and asked if I'd received my drinks yet, I said no and she got them for me. One of them did not have the lid down all the way and some spilled all over my coat and the inside of my truck. When it did I let out an ugh sound as a response to the unexpected shock and inconvenience of the spill. My response made the girl who had handed it to me turn around and take notice as I was extending my arm out to get the cup outside of my trucks window. She saw the drink dripping in my hand, shut the window and turned around. Really?! Thank you for not offering me a napkin to clean up the mess you caused. When we got home the 3 chicken soft tacos were beef although the receipt clearly stated the substitute. No, I don't want to be inconvenienced any more by wasting more time or gas to go back while the drinks get watered down and the rest of the food gets cold. From now on I will gladly drive further to the Taco Bell on Academy who is always professional, never messed up one of my orders, and although they may run out of something I want eventually they haven't yet because they don't have piss poor management.
