I ordered online, clicked the option for drive-thru. When I get there I pull up to the speaker and tell them my name and they tell me to pull up to the window. They then proceeded to tell me to park out front where they made the food. Why? I was literally the only one in the drive-thru, how is this any different than me just telling you the order and you make it there on the spot and then give it to me at the window? I literally ordered 3 items off the value menu that should take no time to make.This is nothing but a tactic that fast food restaurants use now to bring down their drive-thru time.

Ordered our food at the machine inside it took 30 minutes of us waiting before we walked out instead of waiting even more time for six items when they serve three other customers that walked in after us. I was contacted that night by the store manager and he reviewed the tapes and asked us to come back the next day so he could make it right. We did and held true to his word and even went above and beyond what was promised.

Just went thru drive thru, on my lunch break got 4 soft tacos and a crunchy taco. Worthless, no meat really, definitely no cheese , it was all lettuce. I literally paid for and ate lettuce tacos. I have pics, will.be going back and asking for refund....

I get that none of us would exactly choose to work at Taco Bell, but that doesn't mean you take your frustrations about your bad life circumstances out on Taco Bell's customers. The service was abysmal; every worker had a bad attitude. The food was cold and nasty and items were missing. My quesedilla was not toasted--it still had completely unmelted shredded cheese falling out. My other quesedilla did not even remotely resemble a quesedilla and somehow had red cabbage and tomatoes thrown in the bag with the slimy, untoasted tortilla. My bean burrito tasted like it had sat around for At Least the last 24 hrs. And those were just the items we *did* get. Never ordering from here again.
Service is terrible. Employees are obviously miserable and don't want to be there. Food is almost never correct and if it is the whole meal is a mess. The only thing that the food has going for it is that it's Taco Bell and the bar is as low as it can possibly go and they STILL somehow manage to dig under it to depths beneath what mankind has ever been able to accomplish.

Absolutely trashy location. Dining room is never clean, bathrooms are a mess, drive thru ALWAYS has a 15-30 minute wait after the wait to order, and they ALWAYS mess something up. Finally went back for a refund since they gave me 3 regular tacos instead of 3 doritos tacos like I ordered for $12, and they only refunded me $9, with an attitude. 1 can play that game. Keep your $3, but forever be known for shame as the LOWEST Taco Bell in Colorado Springs. 0 stars this place should pay YOU to eat there.

Who ever is working right now June 3 2025 at 4:50pm was rude when taking my order. Someone (female voice) taking my order snapped back when I corrected them on my order. Someone (male voice) even chimed in and said NO rudely when I asked a clarifying question about something on the menu.

Paid 99cents each for these nacho cheese cups....not even half filled. And the quesadilla was more like a quesadilla LITE! Bread and bread were stuck together with nothing in between.
