Who ever is working right now June 3 2025 at 4:50pm was rude when taking my order. Someone (female voice) taking my order snapped back when I corrected them on my order. Someone (male voice) even chimed in and said NO rudely when I asked a clarifying question about something on the menu.

Paid 99cents each for these nacho cheese cups....not even half filled. And the quesadilla was more like a quesadilla LITE! Bread and bread were stuck together with nothing in between.

Horrible customer service. They won’t let you order from a human yet their touch screens don’t even work. Prolly for the best that I just left and didn’t order cuz their food is bottom level junk food.

Probably the absolute worst fast food location I've ever frequented in terms of accuracy of orders. Doesn't matter if you're spending $3 on lunch break or $20 for the family after work, your order will probably be wrong. Grilled modifier? Doesn't exist, but here's 2 incorrect toppings on your burrito that has 4 total ingredients. I honestly don't know why I bother, if there is more than two people buying food in the store or at the drive thru? Rest assured you're about to be served absolute slop.

I owned the free-standing Popeyes restaurants in Colorado Springs and Pueblo until 2016. My wife and I entered this location at 1:00 pm on Saturday, 5/3. One employee was stocking the truck order behind the cash register and did not acknowledge us. After 2 minutes I asked an employee filling drive thru orders if there was a lobby cashier. She replied that one would come up (and take our order). No one did so I waved down and employee in the back and asked him if he was available. Reluctantly, he walked up to the register and asked us what we wanted. His attitude was not customer oriented and projected to us that we had inconvenienced him. This location has no sense of customer priority.

No hashbrowns for my crunchwraps, claimed they couldn't cancel the online order, didn't say anything about it until I already checked in so I couldn't cancel it myself in the app.
Ordered extra egg and extra cheese and got neither. See picture.

Tried to order 3 different items off the menu, a discovery lux box, then a Caliente cantina chicken nacho fries and then caliente chicken burrito. None where available

Honestly the worst taco bell in the springs, orders are constantly wrong, missing ingredients or entire food items that were ordered. They are extremely cheap about how much sour cream or other sauce they put in the food and half the time forget to even add the sauce.

Ordered the potato tacos and they over cooked them to the point they were rock solid and you could not bite into them.

This was the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve been inside in a long time. Food is consistent with what I expected

Unfortunately, this restaurant doesn’t want to satisfy customers. I can’t blame the workers entirely. Management must be happy with making pennies compared to their competitors like Chick Fil A that do a thriving business. Just be careful going here if you hope to have any form of hustle.
