Horrible! Ordered the steal jalapeno fries and got the smallest portion. We laughed when we opened the box and saw it! I know the lady in the drive thru heard us. I always check my food before leaving because that saying they always get you in the drive thru is right. So she asked what was wrong we showed her and told her and she said that’s the size just the wrong container.

At taco bell a less than perfect experience is sort of expected.

However I was happily surprised tonight

Kayla was hustling and had things running smoothly. My burrito was mixed perfectly which is sadly uncommon and was appreciated. Kayla walked out my fries to my table and they were cooked perfectly

Waiting over 25 minutes for one online order.. if you can't keep up then hire more people..or turn your delivery's off. We get paid by the delivery, not by the hour. Get it together. Unacceptable. Sitting here watching the two take out people move like snails. 0 hussle in this generation

I ordered a DoorDash order a was extremely unsatisfied. The Taco Bell took an hour and a half JUST to get the order to our Dasher, wasting their time in the process. Additionally, the store was out of nacho fries and the manager said the dasher was informed when they were not. When I received my order (with 2 orders of fries missing), it was completely incorrect. It contained ingredients that I am allergic to. This Taco Bell is garbage and I will not be ordering from it again.

Quality has dropped in recent years, both in presentation and order accuracy.

Rude employees and unclean restaurant.

You forgot the sauce.

The guys working Saturday night were very pleasant and took care of us in quick fashion.

Drive thru takes forever (isn’t it supposed to be quick??) and ALWAYS forgets more than half my order.

I get that this is a taco bell and food quality is expected to be iffy. But good lord this specific location is shockingly dedicated to consistently delivering disgusting food. I'm talking soft tacos that legit look like they've been dipped in a mop bucket. You'll wait 20 minutes for it on a good day, too.

Usually, their food is, at least, edible.
Last night, however, my family ordered for me six beef tacos. When they arrived, they turned out to have barely any beef—just big chunks of chicken with the bare minimum of beef sprinkled in to hide them. And something must have been deeply wrong with the chicken—possibly they were trying to get rid off old ingredients—because I felt ill after a single taco, and my body violently rejected it later. My father fed the rest of our tacos to the dogs, who them vomited them up onto the carpet.
It says something, I think, when your food is so unpalatable that even my dogs, who will happily eat most anything, can’t keep any of it down.

Absolutely tired of being a third-party driver and being told I have to come inside when it’s 11:36 PM and they don’t shovel their sidewalks or their doorways. Go inside and nobody doing anything. Then the person walked to drive thru window and got the order. Ridiculous. May come back and accidentally fall on the next order. Will be contacting corporate.

Food is better than I remember. Service was quick. Atmosphere is sedate because everyone gets things to go.

30 minutes to get anything from a fast food joint is ridiculous. Though the whole point of online and the kiosks was to speed things up and reduce cost. We'll there are more people in the back than there used to be and it is 10 times slower. Prices go up. Service goes down. Time from order to products out is way up. Quality of products way down. Funny.
