Drive thru takes forever (isn’t it supposed to be quick??) and ALWAYS forgets more than half my order.

I get that this is a taco bell and food quality is expected to be iffy. But good lord this specific location is shockingly dedicated to consistently delivering disgusting food. I'm talking soft tacos that legit look like they've been dipped in a mop bucket. You'll wait 20 minutes for it on a good day, too.

Usually, their food is, at least, edible.
Last night, however, my family ordered for me six beef tacos. When they arrived, they turned out to have barely any beef—just big chunks of chicken with the bare minimum of beef sprinkled in to hide them. And something must have been deeply wrong with the chicken—possibly they were trying to get rid off old ingredients—because I felt ill after a single taco, and my body violently rejected it later. My father fed the rest of our tacos to the dogs, who them vomited them up onto the carpet.
It says something, I think, when your food is so unpalatable that even my dogs, who will happily eat most anything, can’t keep any of it down.

Absolutely tired of being a third-party driver and being told I have to come inside when it’s 11:36 PM and they don’t shovel their sidewalks or their doorways. Go inside and nobody doing anything. Then the person walked to drive thru window and got the order. Ridiculous. May come back and accidentally fall on the next order. Will be contacting corporate.

Food is better than I remember. Service was quick. Atmosphere is sedate because everyone gets things to go.

30 minutes to get anything from a fast food joint is ridiculous. Though the whole point of online and the kiosks was to speed things up and reduce cost. We'll there are more people in the back than there used to be and it is 10 times slower. Prices go up. Service goes down. Time from order to products out is way up. Quality of products way down. Funny.

Every single time I go to this location, it's a horrible experience. The employees are not nice first off. Second off, The gentleman that took my order got scolded in front of me for typing in my order when they didn't have the product anymore. That's very wrong to do in front of a customer. He was making fresh nacho fries but my order had hocky puck fries. They were so hard. I had to request the fresh fries . The specific employee that scolded the guy also was very rude to me. No name tag so I don't know her name. She has glasses and is chunky. Rude person. No telling me sorry for my hard old fries. not one single word. So, on to hash brown..super old and chewy.. my double stacked toco had very old lettuce. I had to take it off so I wouldn't get sick. That place needs Gordon Ramsey!!!

Far and away one of the dirtier Taco Bell restaurants. Couldn’t find a clean table, would have asked for help but the employees looked as happy as a man getting a colonoscopy. The food was 1/2 a$$ Made. The fountain drink dispenser was disgusting, sticky, and dirty. Save your money and go to a different location.

Quick service! Was a little busy but they got us out the line in under 5 mins. But they put sour cream in one of our burritos when we asked for no sour cream, luckily we aren't allergic just have a preference but no big deal.
