Need to speak with Victor asap! This location is horrible and needs to be shut down. Not much in the area near work to eat other than McDonald's but I try to give this place a chance but every time the food is horrible and cold. Called this morning about my order from last night a order chalupas and cold and nasty. Katelyn the "manager" on duty this am seems very unprofessional and rude. And around 10:30pm I never see it busy and when you order your pulled to the front to wait 10-15 minutes for one order because there's "2" people working at night is not a excuse for fast food and the food still comes out cold. Hard shell broken taco meat cold and smelly.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line without my order being taken, went inside to order instead since the line behind me in the drive thru was growing. Waited another 10 minutes before my order was taken. Only 3 employees working in the back, one of which was on their phone, only one person was making food and not moving quickly at all. Employee on their phone kept talking to the one employee making food and distracting her. Didn't get my food for another 15 minutes. They didn't even follow the fact I asked for no tomatoes and less beans. Not fast. Not accurate. Atrocious.

While I was inside putting in an order, EVERY single employee was outside smoking and waiting for about 10 min even after I ordered for the employees to come back in. The food was just thrown together which caused a big mess. Employees were rude as well and the dining area was not even cleaned

This is the worst Taco Bell I have been to. The rudest employees! The rudest manager! I ordered online and picked up. The order was wrong. No big deal though. I called and they picked up the phone and put it down. I could hear everything they were saying. I went back and asked to speak to the manager over the speaker. When I got there four employees were standing behind the manager, just watching. I told him what happened and he didn't care. He stated that corporate encourage us not to answer the phone during the "lunch rush". There was no rush. He was very rude and stand offish. I never raised my voice but he kept going. Then he told me that he didn't care. He told me to pull around and I said, I have one item and now I am late, Why do I have to pull around? He said because I was going to make it for you myself but now I am not! I'm going to refund you. He said that corporate has changed a lot. I responded with," I guess your customer service has too " He then went on to say that he has the best record of any taco Bell in the area. He is so ridiculous because they have less than three stars on Google for his location. Drive to another Taco Bell. It will be worth it. Don't waste your time with these jerks.
While in line, I witnessed the rudest employee I've seen in a long time. A construction worker in front of me had a problem with his order because he was apparently overcharged for his drink size. The employee, skinny guy with a short cropped beard, was visibly annoyed at the customer for this and told him that the difference was only about a dollar. He then, in the most condescending tone possible, asked the customer if he wanted his dollar back.
The way that customer was belittled for wanting to be fairly charged was disgusting. Additionally, I later asked the same employee to be allowed to use the restroom, they are kept locked, and that employee said "hold on", left the counter and I never saw him again. After about 5 mins I left and went across the street to the Maverick. I would avoid this Taco Bell.

The manager here at this store has 0 customer service. You pay for stuff like “salsa” on the app and don’t get because I the store manager says “it’s only 1 per burrito?” Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this store again.

Lady taking the orders was rude as hell. Asked for nacho fries, tried to tell me they discontinued them (ordered some the night before at the same location) told me they were discontinued and said I can leave the drive through. So I gave her a piece of my mind left and came to the powers and Palmer park location, which oddly enough had nacho fries. Pretty weird for being discontinued. After I got my fries found out they were lying I called to get an employee name after I called corporate, they hung up on me numerous times and said we don’t have to make you fries if we don’t want to. This location is a joke both night and day shift drive the extra couple stop lights and steer clear of this location
