Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Essentially. I bought 2 9$ luxe boxes the only thing hot was 2 card tacos and wasn’t made supreme like requested. One Crunchwrap seemed to be mostly lettuce and fresher the tortilla was crunchy. The second Crunchwrap was cold and the fried tortilla in the middle was soggy and mushy. Almost like it was made 20 minutes ago eating for someone to purchase and eat it and they didn’t have to make a new one.

This Taco Bell sucks.. I have been there on 3 different occasions and all three times the meat I get is non existent. I’ve gotten the Cantina chicken tacos, steak tacos, and even a regular supreme chalupa. No meat in site.

I go here a couple times a month as it’s pretty close to where I live. More often than not, they forget something or mess up part of my order. I usually request that it gets fixed and when they do I go on my way.
Today I got a grilled cheese burrito which is normally grilled on both sides and has melted cheese on the outside. Today the burrito i got was wrapped in a tortilla cold to the touch with no cheese, and I didn’t realize till I got home. I went back and requested it get fixed as this burrito is almost $6.
They fixed it and I respectfully said every time I come to this store something is messed up. Another employee on break called out to me and said people make mistakes. I told him I get it but it’s nearly every single time and that it’s simple attention to detail. He said that when you make modifications to an order that mistakes happen. I didn’t even make any modifications they just didn’t make it correctly. He then said there’s plenty of other Taco Bell’s I can go to if they always make mistakes.
I understand people make mistakes in fast paced environments but it’s no solution to tell me to go somewhere else. We called back later and requested the corporate number and the employee that answered gave us a fake local number and said that corporate is closed till Monday. (This happened Friday at 1:30pm).

Literally just went to this location around 9 pm, ordered the new Chalupa tacos with steak and got home to eat it, they put literally 4 pieces of steak in each of my tacos. It was all bread and sauce. Very disappointed!

I go into work around 9 am. I use to love going to this location, everyone was nice. They are never OPEN AT 9 AM. This is upsetting 😡. I go this morning at 9:52 AM and the first thing they say is we are closed. WTH . Not only that I love the green sauce to find out they the only carry the red sauce that I don't care for. Taco bell you are about to loss a customer that likes to eat there. You will always get customers, but if your open sign says you open at 9 you might want to open up. Yes I was pissed but again it's not the first time you have pissed me off

I don’t understand what it is about Taco Bell and getting simple orders wrong. Everything was fine until I got home and found out they put onions in my burrito after it was the only thing I didn’t want in the burrito.
