I waited 40 minutes for 2 cheesy fiesta potatoes. I was in the drive thru and had to park to 2 little circles of potatoes. not even like it was doordash

Compared to other Taco Bell’s, this one always seems to have fresh food and if not, they have you pull around to make it fresh. I’m willing to wait an extra few minutes for that.

There are no cashiers. Only kiosks. At night, the employees are all socializing and horsing around. It takes forever to get poorly put together food. You can't get anyone's attention to ask things like, "Please put our box meals in the boxes, and please don't put everything on top of the Mexican Pizza."

Part of this review is not 100% on the store but rather the patrons. Throw away your trash and clean up after yourselves!!!!

To the restaurant: Way understaffed during lunchtime in particular! It took 30+ minutes to get four tacos, a Crunchwrap and a cheesy Gordita crunch and the two drinks were forgotten and we had to way an additional 5-6 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence waiting for assistance. The dining room was absolutely filthy to the point that I wanted to clean it myself. I understand that patrons can be disgusting and they should take some ownership, but also the staff needs to be proactively cleaning up as they go - again … not running understaffed could be better.

The food…my goodness, gross. My Crunchwrap had no meat-it was totally forgotten and left out and the “crunch” was a stale tortilla. The tacos looked more like cheese roll ups in size and were poorly constructed.

Do better, please.

In this day and age the prices are higher but the quality hasn't changed to match. I know that it's a bit cliche to say but I have had stomach issues the last couple of times. The service was actually great, the staff was attentive, friendly and order was correct

Came in after a very long day of yard work and Kaitlin paid attention and did a great job serving us. I wish more places had people who did their jobs well. Thank you Kaitlin! The food was probably the best I've had in 15 years as well, at 9 pm it was hot and fresh!

The food is good but the manager is horrible!! The last few times I was there he was calling the employees completely inappropriate names, especially considering the majority of employees there are the kids from the highschool right next to it!

I'm not a fan of the places that make you order via a computer. This is one of those. I like human interaction. Service was a little slow without being moderately busy. Otherwise, food was fresh and hot... it is Taco Bell.

With the new GM in place not worth going to this store. Employees have gotten worse and the food is sloppy! Just recently they stopped taking the Free Tacos for a year cards that were given out when the store opened. At the grand opening the store owner was extremely nice and told us there was no limit on tacos we could get at one time. Through out the year we have loved stopping in for free tacos. We always order water and extra food to make sure we arent taking advantage. Recently the new GM has directed employees to either not take the card or only allow 1 order. So disappointing.

Lately, my wife and I have not had good experiences at the Colorado Springs Taco Bells locations. This particular store off of North East Powers what we believe should be for fast food.

The lack of employees is ridiculous... 7 cares in drive thru, Place order, pay at windows, pull out front to wait more..... Dayum Taco Bell do better. I'm not going to return.... I miss the 90's service....
